The apartment is super well located, 700m from train station, 100m from the lake, in the Paquis area (but the super quite part of it). You have tons of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as parcs. The apartment is fully furnished, as well as the kitchen and you there is a laundry and dry machine in the bathroom. The bedroom as a double bed. Balcony is accessible through all rooms.
