Waterfront holiday rentals in Grand Traverse County

Thank you so much!! We had a great trip to Traverse City staying here. It was sparkling clean and the hosts were so kind and responsive!! We accidentally left some clothes there and they even offered to ship them to us! Great hosts all around! Lovely place to stay and close enough to walk to the restaurants and stores. Thank you!

The location was amazing! If you stay here, I definitely recommend Full Send Ramen right down the street. Extremely clean, and a great view. The only thing you may have trouble with is the TV in the bedroom is a bit spotty when it comes to streaming services. Besides that, it was a 10/10 stay! Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay for a few days while in the area for a conference. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach access was a nice added bonus.

Loved this place! Perfect for a trip to Traverse City! Easy access to the surrounding city and downtown, and the private access to the beach was worth the stay here. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay at Linda's! We came for three nights for a family vacation and my sister and my mom both had separate AirBNBs in the same building. Linda's Condo was so nice. When they stopped in, they were so surprised at how nice and clean it was compared to theirs. Linda had all the amenities and was so communicative every step of the way. We loved the little touches she brought to help us have an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Right on Main Street, just a couple minute walk to the heart of downtown Leland. The perfect home base for relaxing in between beach walks, swimming, shopping, and eating. The attic was larger than pictures showed! There was pretty much everything you’d need to feel comfortable. Nicolle was very inviting and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we’ll be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Daphne’s! The place was welcoming, cozy and very comfortable. Walt and Daphne were very responsive and provided all the little extras that make traveling an ease! The area and home are very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our teenage boys loved the fishing! I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay in Troy's beautiful apartment located just west of downtown. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the waterfront is only a couple of blocks away.

The house was just as described. The hosts were very responsive to messages. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. There was lots of extra,unexpected, things that were great. The makeup remover pads, all of the soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, even detergent were all provided. Plus there was plenty of hot water for 5 adults to shower. Our pups loved the fenced yard. The view is exactly like the pictures show. We would definitely recommend! Heather & Joe

We had a great stay at Jason’s home. Lake was wonderful, fire was lovely, home was clean and there was plenty to do. We would stay again!!

Loved this place! Nice open layout for us all to be together even if doing different things. Great space with all you need to have a good time.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

Beautiful lakefront property. The host is very kind and always responsive. The host includes so many amenities letting you make the most of the ease of access to the lake. Plenty of space for a big family trip. The location is very close to Trevor City. Yuu are a little close to the road but that isn't too bad. I would definitely love to book again closer to summer. It was a little cold for water activites during our trip. the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures which is really nice. I would definitely stay again.

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great time in this lovely house right across from Sutton's Bay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels.

Thank you for a wonderful time. Great condo with beautiful views. We used the cook friendly kitchen a few times. The tv in the master was truly appreciated. We enjoyed the easy to use fireplace which warmed up the entire condo. Walking distance to right brain brewing with lots of pinball machines and to traverse city whiskey Nice bath and walking path and a super quick ride to the much loved cooperative grocery.

You cannot beat the location of this place if you’re wanting to experience downtown traverse city. My husband and I were able to run out for a quick coffee, walk to the water, visit a restaurant or bar and stop back to change/whatever without worrying about it. The place was clean and Jaime was very responsive with any question we had. He also had simple check out instructions. There’s a free parking spot included which was also wonderful. Def recommend!

Fabulous place to call home for a few days for a conference being held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Holly was the consummate host, communicative and helpful with questions. If you are a golfer, you can't find a better spot.

Great place! We loved the lake and the lake views. I also loved that there was a beach and pontoon boat rentals were on-site!

We will definitely book this place again if we need to be close to the Grand Traverse Resort again. Its very clean, very comfortable, and the the views are really nice. It's just far away enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful.

Great location. You are right in the woods with the crickets and squirrels, out the back and restaurants and shopping across the parking area out the front. Laura was super responsive for a couple of small questions we had. It's a very special location and very well tended.

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!
