Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Grande-Terre

We spent three weeks at Nathalie's, she was responsive to our questions, we were very well located a few steps away from everything! The apartment was as described, clean and very well furnished, if I can carry a review and/or suggestion for our part given that we were preparing our meals most of the time , there were only 2 rounds to cook without an oven! I think a simple little Airfryer would have been perfect because the size of the kitchen is small but very functional! We had an excellent holiday and highly recommend the apartment! The accommodation is clean, comfortable. It corresponds to the description of the site. It is very well located in relation to the center of Ste-Anne, you can get around on foot. Beautiful sea view. Anne is friendly and very responsive. I recommend it.

We had a great time! Our hosts were very welcoming and caring, always reachable if needed and with good advice. The setting is peaceful and secure. The place itself is very nice and it feels very nice. 👍🏻 Thank you! We'll be back 😁

Very nice accommodation close to the sea and the city center, I recommend visiting this part of Guadeloupe.

We are delighted with our stay here! The space is simple and convenient! It is also in our opinion very well positioned, it allowed us to easily visit Grande Terre and is close to Pointe à Pitre 👌🏽 In short, we are very happy to have chosen this place 😁

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

My companion and I had a great stay at Jean-Marc's home, a very peaceful place ideal for rest . A super nice host as well as his wife thank you to you. The atmosphere nothing to say We'll be there again .

We really fell in love with this place. The setting is charming, with a peaceful garden where we were even able to enjoy some delicious fruits, and an exceptional view. Françoise was very welcoming, always available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for discovering Grande-Terre in a few days. A beautiful place that we would recommend without hesitation!

Beautiful house, clean and functional. With a pool, ideal. Very nice people, A small downside, toilets too high, we can't put our feet down and several times the manager had to come for electrical problems!

Very welcoming hosts. We rented this house because there were 2 bedrooms. Since there were only 2 of us, only one room had been prepared…but our hosts offered to prepare the bed when we told them. It's fine but pretty rudimentary, the decor is very nice. Our boat was unable to leave the port because of the busy sea, quickly our hosts accommodated us for another night.

We had a wonderful stay at Christelle and Stéphane's place. The place is even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect. We will be sure to come back home during our future stays in Guadeloupe.

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Gaëtanes place was perfectly placed right next to the harbour and minuted walk from a supermarket, with parking on the road outside the accommodation, it made our time there easy and stress free. The pool access was also good for relaxing in the hot weather. I would recommend staying here!

A little slice of paradise on a paradisiacal island! The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and very pleasant. François is a very discreet and friendly host, who even made us enjoy one of his delicious papaya from the garden! We would have stayed a few more days to enjoy the calm and zen of this place.

The Airbnb was spotless, modern, beautiful pool , beautiful outdoor layout. The hosts were really welcoming and on the lookout for our needs. Informed every day if everything was going well, we have absolutely nothing negative about the Airbnb and the hosts, I recommend it 100%. I would go back there without hesitation. 🤩

we spent 3 nights at Cyril's place. Very cozy and bucolic apartment. the pool right in front of the listing is an advantage. small terrace and yet bcp of greenery. large residence but nevertheless a feeling of tranquility and privacy. our 15 and 12 year old teenagers also enjoyed the stay. Fanny from the concierge service was very welcoming and responsive. Saint François is ideal for crisscrossing the great land. we'd love to come back to this place. small downside for the 70 euros cleaning fee.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

Very good stay at Elodie's. Peaceful oasis Elodie is attentive and available for any questions. We had access to the pool in privacy. I recommend this accommodation, which is very clean and pleasant. Thank you for the welcome punch and the other small touches The accommodation is close to a river and a cassava plantation... hmmm

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. The host was a great help and very responsive when we needed it. In short, a lovely stay!
