Jose’s place was exactly as described, the location was great, the balcony was fantastic and the apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Sesimbra is a beautiful spot and Jose’s place was a great home base.

The flat was lovely and clean, modernly decorated, had all appliances needed for a short stay. Fantastic location. I would recommend to anyone. The hosts were very easy to get hold of if there were any issues.

Bertina was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay in her apartment. It was close by everything you needed, market, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Fun and lively neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy. Thanks again for the stay Bertina!

Cosy, clean place with free street parking - not far from Sintra and Lisbon. Host is very responsive and friendly. Internet is very fast for remote work, kitchen has everything you might need for long and short stay.

Amazing little find and great host we will be back!

Located in a pretty valley next to the river. The place has stone floors and is tastfully decorated with comfortable beds. The pool area is a couple of minutes walk. We had a friendly cat that would come and say hello every day! This place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. There was fresh bread delivered every day. On arrival there were yogurts, jam and cheese provided. We really enjoyed the free yoga lessons (Wed and Sat only). Lots of nice beaches nearby but our favourite was Praia da Amoreira - a beautiful beach and a long stretch where you can swim in the river (where the river meets the sea).

Paula was amazing, so helpful, went over and beyond to help us and provide us with lots of info. So friendly, offered to book restaurants for us etc The house is fabulous better than the pictures for location and peacefulness . Swimming pool was lovely all the outside sofas. The view of the mountains was just wonderful. You need a car to drive to village, best village is azetitio, lovely restaurants and shops. Great local cafe and very reasonable compared to london prices. We drove to different places and different beaches. Loved Lisbon 44 mins away. Cascais was a pretty town but too touristy. Comporta was amazing, super special, wonderful place to eat and unusual shops. We drove to it 1hour but you. A get a ferry from Setabul €35 for three people. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

Maria is an available, pleasant and responsive woman. We loved our week at her place with our child. The place is peaceful, it's in the countryside but not far from great beaches accessible by car.

This was our second visit and Alice was as friendly, welcoming and hospitable as ever. The house is spotless, well equipped and comfortable with superb facilities across the site. The pool was fantastic, the locality quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again.

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. We had an incredible stay, thank you Catarina! The place is very quiet - we stayed during Lisbon's saint's festival which was very busy right outside but somehow still quiet in the apartment. The electric blinds are great for locking out noise and light + the apartment is hidden on a hill away from the street. The outdoor space & pool was ideal for us too. The location is great and the indoors was very nice, spacious and clean. We would love to stay again. Catarina's communication was excellent and we were allowed to check out a little late to accommodate our flights. She also provided a cot and high chair for our baby. Highly recommend!

Paolo made our stay very enjoyable. He is the best host. Super responsive and went above and beyond to get us into the apt early. Great location-extremely close to everything. Very walkable and convenient. Great space for a larger group with 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a very large comfortable living room. And if you are a tv person-biggest tv I’ve ever seen. Thank you Paolo for your graciousness, friendliness and all your recommendations. Also extra shoutout to Luan who checked us in at the property-super nice person and graciously came extremely early well ahead of check in time to accommodate our group. I can’t wait to come back.

Maria was the best host and offered exceptional hospitality during check-in with an infant. The place was walking distance to a nearby center with food and 20 minutes from the main center that home was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. From the apartment, we could visit many beautiful places and it is still very quiet and private. The village is only 4 minutes away by car and it is also very nice to eat something there and spend time on the beach. The hostess provided us with everything necessary and was not intrusive. We will be happy to come back!

Great location and apartment just as described. We parked about 3 blocks from the apartment in a garage that had 24 hour on site office. Little confusion when we checked out because it was cash only, but we could have asked! Ling was great. Very responsive and allowed us to check in early to leave our bags and get on with sight seeing. Great experience!

We had a great stay at this charming apartment! It’s more spacious than it looks in the photos. The place was clean, quiet, and in a great walkable location. Cheng is a wonderful host and always responded very quickly. He even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, as we had an early morning flight into Lisbon. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
