Dans les Monédières les nuits sont fraiches. Profitez-en ! Au coeur du massif des monédières, petite maison insolite au sein d’un corps de ferme corrézien. La pièce principale, chaleureuse et pleine de cachet, occupe une bâtisse datant de 1850. Un escalier atypique (entre échelle et escalier) mène à la chambre de couple, sous pente. Pour accéder à la chambre d'enfants, il faut passer sous une poutre et emprunter une passerelle encordée. Le parc offre calme et détente sous un majestueux chêne.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Eco-gîte confortable à 5 km de l'A89 (sortie 22) sur les bords de la rivière. Pour les vacances, les visites, le travail. Une petite pause au coin du feu dans un cadre naturel et romantique entièrement dédié à la nature (inclus : draps, serviettes de bain, torchons, savon, produits ménagers, en supplément petit déjeuner sur réservation). Ancien moulin (accessibilité PMR) et parking privé. S'il est un lieu d'excellence pour le calme et le ressourcement, c'est sans nul doute chez nous.

Charming cottage

Charming little cottage located on the edge of the forest. Quiet and disconnection assured, as close as possible to nature. The cottage consists of a large 20 m2 room + mezzanine, sleeping 4 people, a bathroom (shower – dry toilet outside), and a beautiful furnished terrace: a barbecue is available. Sheets are provided upon request. Things to do in the Monédières: Hiking or cycling, fishing, swimming 15 km away, paragliding, horseback riding.

La Suite 1925: Private spa, Giant screen, Terrace

Relax in a high-end 5-seater hot tub facing a giant screen and enjoy a movie while comfortably immersed in the water. La Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with a panoramic view of the natural surroundings. In summer, the SPA transforms into an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal space to enjoy the water while protected from the sun and intense heat.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
