Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). Jérôme takes you on the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, the Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.
