Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

My significant other and I had such a great stay! Fawzia was an incredibly warm and welcoming host — super easy to communicate with. Her husband was also very kind, and their sweet dog made me feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I also loved seeing all of their beautiful birds on the property — such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend booking with Fawzia!

This was the most amazing Airbnb! The home was beautiful, the private lake was awesome and the pool and huge spa were perfect for our family vacation! We all fished off the private dock and out in the lake using the paddle boat and the kayaks. We caught smallmouth bass and crappie’s. Such a great time for everyone especially the grandkids. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is immaculate and well stocked. There are 2 fire pits, one by the lake and one on the patio. It was stocked with firewood and kindling. They truly thought of everything for a comfortable stay. This place has everything for the perfect vacation! We never left to go do anything else! We will be back next summer. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at. It was very comfortable, relaxing, clean & just had everything we needed with our favorite part being the pool. Serguei was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early due to the time our flight landed. The neighborhood was quiet and private and we definitely felt right at home here. We truly could not have found a better place to stay for our family trip to Sacramento! Thank you so much!!

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

Everything about Jason’s home was peaceful and inviting. It was spotless and very homey. We had plenty of room to put our clothes and toiletries, as well as groceries we bought nearby. There were plenty of cups, plates, etc. in the kitchen. Our dog loved the large backyard with lots of grass. The location was very handy, as we were mostly visiting in Roseville and Rocklin. Entry to the house was super easy. We appreciated being able to park in his spacious garage and use the opener. Jason is a wonderful host. He communicated throughout the process, and made himself available. He gave such great instructions that we never needed to call or message him, but it was nice to know we could. We highly recommend this home, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Loomis! It was the perfect spot for our family — including our small dog and toddler. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short drive to our family in Roseville, which made it super convenient. We really appreciated how pet- and kid-friendly the space was — it made our trip that much easier. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive. We have already booked another stay for our next visit to the area.

Adorable! Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is charming and quiet except for when the train runs by which can be heard from the yard but is quite muffled from inside the house. The shady wood deck, next to the giant rock outcropping, at the back of the house is enticing and cozy.

Stayed at Eliska’s while attending a family event in the area. She was VERY flexible!!! Beyond flexible and was very proactive in letting us know if early check in and late check out was an option. Loved the communication. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and return again!! Thank you for hosting us

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and my group of friends and I had a wonderful stay there! The home was spotless and perfectly clean. It was well stocked with the essentials plus thoughtful items for travelers as well. We had a large group and were all very comfortable in the home. The primary suite was like nothing I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb. It was absolutely huge with an incredible bathroom. The grounds were also very unique and beautiful. The children loved the creek. They watched tadpoles and dragonflies and even saw a large toad. Lots for them to explore around the house. The setting is private and peaceful, besides a rooster who was vocal around 4am. My only tip to future travelers would be to bring ear plugs to avoid the early wake-ups. The house has everything else you may need! We would absolutely love to stay there again!

The place was amazing and really beautiful inside and on the outside. The side yard was so beautiful, every morning we’d see birds and squirrels by the trees which made the area look surrounded by nature. The house was perfect for two-four people to hang out and chill as well.

Everything about this home was thoughtfully done and was the perfect place for me to buckle down and work on my masters thesis. Enjoyed the fresh eggs, the cozy and complete home with great sound system in the living room. Had fitness equipment, peloton! The beds were great as was the AC. The house had great jasmine bushes which smelled amazing! Thank you to Amado and family for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible week at this perfect poolside retreat! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, with a layout and vibe that made us feel like we were vacationing in style. It was spotless, free of clutter, and stocked with all the essentials — basically, a dream setup for a family trying to pack light. Cassandra and Tom were fantastic hosts, always attentive and ready to help. Our kids are already lobbying to come back next year, and honestly, so are we. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone in need of a relaxing, hassle-free getaway.

Check in was very easy and the owner is very responsive. Great house, very clean. Close to everything we wanted to be. We had issues with no hot water in the master, however, that was being fixed upon our departure. Other than that, the home was very nice to stay and and convenient.
