Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Granite Bay

This house was wonderful! It has great, working AC units in many rooms that work fast for hot days. The TV and projector are up to date with streaming platforms and a high-quality sound system. There’s a Bluetooth speaker system that connects throughout the house and is very easy to use. He also offers to clean everything up for you after, which allows for a comfortable check-out experience. I would highly recommend this house. Clean, affordable, technologically up to date, and caring host. Also, many extra towels and blankets!!

Yana’s house was amazing! It was perfect for our family! The house looks just like it does in the pictures. It was actually even better in person! It had everything that we needed. Would definitely book here again!

There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Our family stayed here for a few days while we were visiting family in Roseville. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the A/C worked well (it was over 100 degrees the weekend we stayed), and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only cons were that there were a few minor issues with the kitchen that we communicated separately with the host and we didn't think the bed pillows were comfortable (but that might just be personal preference). Overall, we'd recommend this as a good place to stay for families.

Had a blast staying in this beautiful home! With lots to do and enough privacy & beds for 12+ after a long sunny day in the pool, a peaceful stroll in the lake or some competitive evenings in the game room! Overall loved the neighborhood and was very happy with the home. Can’t wait to go back!

Wendy was an outstanding host. This was my first Airbnb experience. Wendy’s responsiveness and proactive reach outs, were so helpful and a definite highlight of our stay. Check-in was effortlessly. The layout of the home was perfect for our family to gather, connect, relax, and simply enjoy our peaceful surroundings. The beds are super comfortable! Everyone woke up refreshed. We had a lovely deer great us in the backyard area before we took our stroll to the lake. Thank you again Wendy for your hospitality! As stated, your grace was one of the best parts of our stay. One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

The property was perfect for our two week stay! Our favorite part was definitely the pool. Lol.

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

Mickey's place is within easy walking or driving distance to our relatives whom we visit regularly. Just the type of place we need, beautiful in the foothills, quiet and peaceful, and accessible to grocery or other needs. Mickey was very accessible, thanks for everything, Mickey -- we'll be visiting again!

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

Check in was easy and I appreciated the designated parking spot especially since street parking is taken up by local residents. The thermostat was not working when I arrived but Henry quickly resolved that issue by having an HVAC company come out the same day. I needed to extend my stay and Henry took the initiative to adjusted my stay which made it easy on my end to simply review and approve.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my niece’s graduation, traveling from both the north and south ends of California to meet in Sacramento. This villa-like home was the perfect place to gather — much more comfortable and welcoming than a hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic — very close to downtown with convenient access to the freeway, yet peaceful and quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Parking was also easy, with one space available in the garage. The home itself is spotless and beautifully furnished with elegant décor. Despite the warm June weather, the air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable. The host was kind and very responsive, answering our questions quickly and helpfully. We’re so grateful for a lovely stay and would definitely return again! If you’re looking for a stylish, villa-like home that offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere — this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
