Relaxing QUEEN ste. in Historic District near WNMU

Enjoy the history of this 1908 built house, beautifully remodeled. It is a registered cultural property in Silver City as The Thompson House. As many original features as possible were left and are a beautiful juxtaposition to the new, modern decor. You are mere blocks from the university, restaurants, galleries, gift shops, brewery, and coffee shops. Suite 2 consists of a Queen bed, ensuite bath, living room with full pull out couch. (Bath is attached to and accessed through the bedroom)

Relaxing, quiet, private studio with a tall wood ceiling, solar skylights, 100mps WiFi, shared yard, patio. Dogs must not be aggressive to other dogs. Dark skies. The entrance is in a courtyard away from the road and shaded by trees. Next door is my sister's BnB, the Black Range Lodge, where you can reserve a hearty breakfast for $10. Consider some therapeutic bodywork during your stay. My studio is steps away in the same courtyard. For safety I run a HEPA air purifier between guests.

The Walton - A home away from home - 1930s Apt

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

Hummingbird Haven/Casita Colibri

Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.

Casita in Silver City's Historic Downtown

Our Casita is located in Silver City's historic downtown district. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, artisan shops, bike rentals, Western New Mexico University, and hiking trails. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

We are located at the foothills of the Gila National Forest and the Aldo Leopold Wilderness where you can enjoy many trails that are available for hiking and riding.
