Very unique place in a great location outside of Florence

We were looking for an apartment with good standard amenities, a parking space for the car, shopping or dining options on site, and a good bus connection to Florence or a good starting point for the Chianti region. We found all this in Cosimo's apartment and felt comfortable.

Perfect location. Perfect for two couples mini kitchen is perfect size to make breakfast if you’d like before heading out. Espresso machine included, which was perfect. Florence is such a beautiful city with such great restaurants and shops and highly walkable. I don’t know why anybody would want to cook a meal in their Airbnb. My daughter has been studying in Florence for the last four years. I visit every three or four months. On this trip It was myself and my friend and his wife, I was their tour guide. It was the perfect size for us. It’s on the first floor and very quiet so no stairs to deal with which is a bonus. The access was very easy. So if you are single, or a couple or two couples, this is a perfect place. I recommend it. Very clean as well.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Perfect location right next to the Duomo and piazzas. Home was large enough for our family of 5 & had some snacks + coffee for us. Pamela was also great and was waiting for us as soon as we showed up

The apartment was perfect, it’s very spacious and has everything you need! It is in a good location, there’s a grocery store right next door and the bus station is a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful with our questions. Would recommend if you are visiting Florence!

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

Great lace to stay and it was easy to drive around the neighborhood and park.

Martin and his brother have a hidden gem up in the hills outside of Florence. They’re great people and the stay was incredible. Feels like you’re up and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.. but it’s super easy to get down into Florence. Highly recommend.

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
