The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa communicates with other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and with all the services very close, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. It is clean and has many extras, coffee maker, enough pots, pans etc that help you a lot when cooking. The gift of a sponge and a brand new ballet is a plus, for me it is important. Very clean towels and all towels. A great terrace to relax, parking Spacious private and pool. I highly recommend it . Alfredo left several courtesy products that are appreciated. A very good stay.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. From the moment we arrived Pedro was very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with any questions. The facilities were spotless,very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beach, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Thank you for everything, until next time :-)

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk to a beach - combination of sand and stones. The house has everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, with a nice welcome package. AC is working on both floors. We nejoyed our family vacation.

I recommend it 100%. The facilities are super spacious. It offers you intimacy and all the comforts. Super-equipped kitchen. There is an ideal inner duck for pets. There is nothing missing. It is in the urban area, ideal for those looking for a place to disconnect from the city. The host is very friendly. I'm back.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a quiet community pool on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who greeted us was charming. It was perfect!
