We had a great stay/experience at Diogo's house. It has always been very solicited and available. The house is well equipped and very spacious, ideal for meetings of many people. The condominium is very quiet and easy to access. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

We always love going to Winterville, we love the condominium, we like to rest, and tranquility. It was the first time in the flete of Dona Ivana, and we like the flete very much, it is complete, it has all the utensils, we recommend it, Dona Ivana always helpful, kind, attentive. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend it.

Our stay at Daniella's place couldn't have been more perfect. In addition to being a great host, always answering all the questions and with quick answers, she was extremely careful and made us feel at home. I can say that the house is extremely complete, with all the cleaning and kitchen supplies needed. And the main one, in person the house exceeds all expectations, being even more beautiful than in the photos. The view of the mountains is a spectacle apart, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset.

Our trip was very planned, as I went with my elderly parents, my son, my daughter-in-law and my nephew. My family and I loved the house, I confess that we were surprised; the house and the condominium are a thousand times better than they are in the photos of the platform. Even in the carnival period, we found the condominium very quiet, very quiet, an ideal place to rest. My parents no longer wanted to leave; that is, the whole family wanted to stay. Mr. Paulo was a great host; the TV was not working, and Mr. Paulo, in the middle of Carnival, took another TV so that my parents would not be without. He showed empathy and was very polite. My family and I love the house! Very well equipped, faithful to the photos and located in a small, quiet and charming condominium. It is a little far from the center, but it is easily accessible for those who are by car and close to restaurants and the famous Rei das Coxinhas. In particular, the location was perfect for my family, as we like quieter places. In addition, the host, Christiane, was very attentive and always responded quickly. We loved the stay and are already looking forward to coming back! :)

The house is great, super comfortable, and the few intercurrences with gas and water were resolved quickly, as Marcio was always available. Best experience I've had in gravata, I'll definitely come back more often.

The house is easy to reach and by car is close to downtown. The staff of the condominium are cordial and attentive. The house is cozy, but I think it's very comfortable for 02 couples. Since it has 03 rooms, there are 3 couples, but it is not so comfortable. I only missed wine glasses, the region is very suggestive of the consumption of this drink, in the rest the kitchen had everything we needed in the stay. I super recommend the house for you to relax and like.

Evaristo's house is really very nice, well divided spaces. My family and I were pleased and felt very comfortable. Evaristo was always available and very attentive, and communication from the beginning was excellent! I only suggest to anyone who takes something with a three-pin outlet, bring an adapter, as the outlets are in the two-pin standard, which can be difficult to use an iron or a hairdryer, for example. But nothing that gets in the way of the experience. I would stay again and indicate as well.

what about Manuela??what special person,sweet, polite and very empatica. I had health problems with my mother and she had time to welcome me. really an odd human being! and the flat!? Ahhh the flat a grace, it was very clean,organized,carefully decorated. tv Working,Wi-Fi also. good dishes clean sheets,air conditioning, nice bed, everything well planned to optimize space. there is no way not to like it. and the pool area? simply beautiful,just going to know how tasty the place is tasty. thanks Manuela for everything,especially for the welcome. hope you can come back soon and for SURE to your apartment.
