We love the accommodation! Studio exactly as in the pictures, new, extremely clean! Alessandro gave all the information about the stay and check in the previous week, facilitating our arrival. Great location, close to the center and the beach.

Everything is spotless. Extremely clean and organized. The building is also great and with great location. Two supermarkets nearby, you can walk. Restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ice cream...all nearby.

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The space is functional, beautiful (exactly as in the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked really well too! It has several windows so it is well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it was not a problem, as the air conditioning in the heat and the heated taps saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have complete privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

The apartment is new, well decorated, sunny, with all modern utensils, a very good shower, a wonderful mattress and a comfortable sofa. With a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and it is still a quiet place. Quiet to sleep. The host Frederico is always cheerful and attentive. Great experience.

Wonderful house! All very beautiful, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The pool is amazing and brings a sense of indescribable peace. Well furnished house, clean, beautiful, airy and very comfortable... maybe you could have a few more items in the kitchen like coffee maker and some accessories, but nothing does harm your stay. Friendly and affordable hosts. Super indico!!

The house is impeccable, in the photos it is already beautiful, but in person it is even more beautiful. The view is amazing for the river, three very good bedrooms with blankets and pillows and bedding, very practical kitchen and bathrooms with great space. When we got home, it was very clean and everything was in place. I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back more often. Great place to hang out with the family.

We love the place, it's just bad to access, who has a big car, like a truck gets a little more difficult to get in, I think she didn't communicate this, but other than that, the place is excellent.

The space is organized and very spacious. It has the basic utensils to get by. We stayed with the puppies and the space was very good. Only the television was not working, but we managed to watch it on our cell phones because the wifi was good 😄 We rented because a friend was injured and was hospitalized in Tubarão and our location was very far away, so we decided to rent so we wouldn't have to travel, but thank God she was soon discharged and we only stayed one day. But Arieli is very sweet and always responded promptly, even letting us check in early, since we were tired.

Very comfortable house. Spacious and very complete. It has a beautiful exterior, plenty of space. Forest with Fruits, we were lucky to catch jabuticabas from the foot. Very attentive host. Always answered promptly when requested. It was a long stay and I felt at home. It is very well located, close to 101 and easy access to beaches and the mountains. Worth it. Highly recommend.

It's easy to find out why the place is called Encanto, just amazing, great for kids and adults to have fun and disconnect. The house has everything in the kitchen and also a portable charcoal barbecue next door. Quiet place and a fantastic landscape.

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

Excellent location, close to everything, and with the necessary amenities for a large family like ours (we were 3 adults and 3 children). The sand court was a success with the kids, they didn't want to leave :-) Oh, and the caretaker Fernanda always attended to us super well and quickly. Everything is a 10. We will certainly return!

Max's apartment had everything you need for a good stay as a family, a single constructive comment would be to add an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend the apartment because it has a great location and a very good cost benefit ratio.

The house looked like a residence to live in. Good quality furniture, comfortable environment. I felt at home. Mr. Joaquim and his wife, super attentive, very friendly! I highly recommend it!

The space provided by Matheus is roots, but very cozy. In the heart of Rrugem beach, a treat for outings at night. It is the perfect type of stay for those looking to meet new people and new experiences. Matheus was very receptive and we were very comfortable even with our dogs.

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-out were practical. I recommend Augusto's place.
