Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gravelines

Jéhanne’s place is a great little find - minutes drive from the port, making it a great little getaway. The house is very clean, homely abs spacious. With golden sandy beaches great bakeries and restaurants close by. Or other resorts are a short drive away if you fancy a change of scenery. Jehanne’s communication is spot on keeping us informed each step and letting us know of local attractions. We were a family of four and house is perfect for us. It’s our second visit and hopefully not the last.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

We only stayed one night, but Delphine is clearly a great host! The accommodation is easy to reach, has great parking, plenty of space and really nice bedrooms!

Very good accommodation. Located 2 min walk from the beach, restaurants…. Bakery, butcher shop 2 minutes away too. Very large accommodation and perfect for a family. She had even put bowls for our bulldog and offered games to our son. We'll be happy to go back to this place!

We spent three nights at Raquel’s place. We received very clear instructions to get inside. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The rooms were nice and there was enough space in the closet to store our clothes. We really loved the kitchen and the living room with the beautiful view on the sea 🌊 🌅 There was a notepad with tips and tricks for the restaurants and activities to do. We also enjoyed boarded games that were in the living room. Raquel was very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question. My only worry was not to bring too much sand inside :) Very nice place to stay with kids!

The place gives you a feeling of noble touch. It is a historic building and located at a peaceful countryside. The best part is the place is just 5 minutes drive from supermarket like Lidl and McDonald. Fabienne is excellent with her communication and makes you feel at home.

Only superlatives! Perfectly furnished accommodation for two. Tasteful and traditional furnishings. We didn't miss anything at all. I would also like to mention the beautiful bathroom and the nice bedroom with a very good bed. We enjoyed the central location very much. Free parking was also no problem, only a little difficult at peak times. For the surroundings, we recommend visiting St.Omer. The other goals are known to everyone 😉 The hostess was very, very friendly. Nice, pleasant and factual. EVERYTHING GREAT!

Good location very functional and everything you may need for a pleasant stay is available, the only thing missing is a washing machine but there is a laundrette only 5 minutes walk from the house.

The apartment was super cozy and lovingly furnished. The path to the beautiful beach was short and ran through a few streets. Pierre-Oliver was always easy to reach and had great tips on all my questions. The street was very noisy, so we closed the windows towards the street, then you could sleep well. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a great stay (3 days/2 nights) in Wimereux! The accommodation is perfectly located with a magnificent sea view, a real pleasure from the moment you wake up! Everything is as described, clean, cozy and well furnished. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Opal Coast. We had a nice long weekend right by the sea. The apartment is lovingly furnished and the balcony with the view are a dream. The check-in worked very well with the descriptions and Virginie asked if everything worked and if everything was okay. We can very well imagine taking a vacation here again.

We spent a week in Fabienne's apartment. From the first written communication before departure, to the personal acquaintance and their tips about Calais, nothing was missing. We were happy to be your guests, we felt very comfortable. Especially the view from the balcony to the beach and the sea was phenomenal at any time of day or night (sunsets included)! There is also a lot to discover all around. Conclusion: Calais is definitely worth another trip. Thank you for everything Fabienne!

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's place. Francine was very welcoming. 🤗😘 The apartment is in a good location, quiet in a residential area. Nothing was missing and we felt comfortable there. Beautiful walks in the center and around Gravelines. The shopkeepers and restaurateurs are nice. The food is good. We'll be back!

Stayed 5 days at Christophe’s very clean home which has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location overlooking the marina, quiet, with plenty of free parking out front and only a short walk into town or to the wide expanse of Calais beach. Great communication from Christophe and he was also able to be flexible with my arrival and departure times due to a gap in bookings. Overall I’d definitely be happy to stay here again
