Twitchers Cottage Oare - Nature on your doorstep

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Cart Stable is a beautifully presented accommodation for two located in the quiet hamlet of Dargate in Kent at the entrance to the historic Blean Woods. It's ideal for exploring this wonderful part of Kent with beaches and bustling Kentish towns on our doorstep. This flexible accommodation will suit a couple or two friends and is fully self-contained, with an open plan area downstairs, and a large double bedroom and shower room upstairs. Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

The Whitstable Pearl is a private self-contained studio flat on a quiet road in Whitstable, but only 10 minutes' walk to the beginning of the high street, and a 15-20 minute stroll from the beach.
