Best place to stay in Siloam Springs! River House is my first choice!! The porch was delightful this time, cannot wait to return!!

Jocelyn’s place was exquisite! The house was clean, bright, beautifully decorated, felt very homey and comfortable. There was every amenity you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen, to little baskets of “in case you forgot something” in each bathroom. Access into the house was easy, instructions on anything you could possibly need to know in operating TV’s, WiFi , jacuzzi… etc. The surroundings outside were spectacular and we had deer visit us every morning and evening. I’m putting in my reservation for next year now, because we would absolutely stay here again and again!! Thank you Jocelyn for being such an amazing host!!

The house was perfect! We adventured during the day and enjoyed hanging out on the dock in the evenings fishing kayaking and feeding the duckies!! Another great family vacation in the books!

Location was directly between Coler Preserve and Downtown. You can easily get anywhere by bike, and it was at the end of a small street with little to no traffic. Cute little house that fit our family well.

This was a wonderful place to stay and every aspect of the experience was excellent. The place was even better than the pictures, very clean and there were lots of extra special touches. every time i messaged (i really only needed to once or twice) i was answered promptly. i strongly recommend this host and the property. House was on a quiet street in a good neighborhood . Completely remodeled with beautiful updates. Home was well furnished with any needed amenities. Located within a mile or so of a highway for ease of getting to golf courses and restaurants. Very relaxing vacation and definitely recommend to others. Aaron was very responsive to all communications. First class all the way!

We had such a lovely couple of days at this Bnb. The location was perfect as we loved walking out the back door and hiking to a waterfall. My kids loved feeling like wilderness explorers and having the chance to sit under a waterfall! The house is roomy, modern, and bright. My kids didn’t even want the tv but instead they spent their time hot tubbing and enjoying nature. We had a tumble on the trials and our host was prepared with a first aid kit even. We can’t wait to go back!!! 🩷🩷🩷

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved this little gem! I hated I had to leave so quickly but Deanna was such a sweetheart and asked if I needed anything! I didn’t just her sharing her space was enough. I hope to spend a little more time next time!

Nice place and a good location. Bed is comfortable. Water pressure in shower is low. We had a great time!

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.

Got in late and AC wasn't working. Host and AirBnB were responsive, recommended placing us in another listing since repair would be next day at earliest. Stuff happens, they were responsive, so other than slight inconvenience to relocate before unpacking, really was no trouble. Appreciate the responsiveness.
