Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with a lot of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can be in Graz within 30 minutes by car and have many options for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and forgetting the stress.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, everything you could need is available. In addition, Christine is a great host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

Small cozy apartment in a quiet , very nice location, separate entrance, stylish garden, friendly helpful landlords . The area is ideal for hiking and there are nice places to eat nearby.

Spacious, clean and well appointed apartment with absolutely everything required for a short or extended stay. Located within the peaceful surrounds of the university district and only a short walk to the old town, the apartment was perfectly positioned for exploring the many historical features of Graz. Private parking onsite was an added bonus.

I was a guest of dear Birgit and her husband for two months and really felt totally comfortable and well taken care of from the first moment! The two were always there for me, not only with great tips on what to do in Graz or which bike path is the best, but also with small things of everyday life, or with my personal challenge, attaching my new bike basket.😅 (and more!) I am especially grateful for the warm hospitality!! Birgit and her husband were always helpful, easily accessible and always had an open ear, sometimes for a nice conversation in between and often asked me if I needed anything, which was very attentive. I felt very, very comfortable the entire time and am very grateful for this wonderful time!🥰 That's why I can only recommend this accommodation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Everything super

Ingrid's apartment was amazing for my husband and I and another couple. We loved the privacy of the bedrooms and the spacious living and dining areas. The balcony overlooking the park right next door and the clocktower in the distance was such a nice touch! Ingrid is a super host who is really responsive and wonderful to communicate with. The beds were comfy, linens were clean, bathroom was spotless, and overall the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay in Graz comfortable and top notch! Great modern apartment with well equipped kitchen. Super clean. The apartment has a huge balcony with long sunshine. It sleeps very well in the bed. A large bathroom with a great shower cubicle. From the underground parking space, you can easily reach the apartment by elevator.

Since we decided to go to Graz quite spontaneously, it was great how quickly we were able to book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. The equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils was truly unique. These many details made the holiday with children easier. The communication worked excellently and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

Fantastic accommodation near the historic center of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

Milena was always easily accessible and responded in a timely manner. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. The city center is easily accessible by bus. I'd love to come back.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

In the apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a pleasantly quiet apartment building, we felt very comfortable. It is very well equipped and has a wonderful huge balcony facing the garden, including comfortable furniture and an awning. We also greatly appreciated the private parking space on the ground floor under the house. The apartment is located in the Lend district near the Mur and within walking distance of the beautiful Lendplatz, where a farmers' market takes place every day except Sundays and you can sit comfortably until late in the evening. The city center and the Schlossberg with its numerous wonderful sights can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We would very much like to come back to Graz and enjoy the advantages of this apartment.

It's a very cozy place. Ideal for a family. It's better if you by car due to the way go going up to the house. The place has a lot of useful things and everything is very clean.
