The house is located on the edge of the village of Castellaro Lagusello, named one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. From April to November, there is a tourist tax to be paid on site of €1 per person

My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green location. It is a studio apartment for 4 people, independent and with a private parking space. It includes a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills near Lake Garda.

The recent renovation of an old arcade has created holiday apartments, which are available for just a few days, a week or longer stays. Apartment (45 sqm) has a separate entry, and is composed of: bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed ,bathroom with shower, shared living room/kitchen area, with a sofà bed (double bed), kitchen table and six chairs, and fully equipped kitchen .
