The Villa was beautiful and in a great location!

An amazing airbnb. The view from the street is great. The place is tidy, and has everything you need. Seems like everything is new. Parking is also great, which I feel is a big bonus in Kotor - there's a large free carpark out front and we never had problems finding a park any time of day. It's a reasonable walk for people keen to save money (25 mins) . We walked into town and back 3 times but you could definitely split a taxi rather cheaply. The walk is made easier by the fact you walk through an area with supermarkets and restaurants and bars before reaching the old town. Even more, there is a "beach" around this area too, so there are many places to take a break. When taking into consideration the cost, in relation to the cost of other places around kotor, this place is probably our favourite accommodation from our 3 week long trip around the Balkans, visiting many cities and 7 countries. The washing machine was broken which was unfortunate but overall a great experience!

Amazing luxury villa , very quiet and with nice location , 20min driving to Kotor and 15 min driving to Budva .. the host is very nice guy a very helpful

We had a wonderful time in Montenegro! The house was cozy and intimate, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we truly enjoyed!

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

We had an amazing stay at Zeljko's house! Recommend renting a car to go on beautiful excursions and because the house is not within walking distance from the shop. The house was exactly as pictured with a lovely nature all around. We got quick responses from the host and great recommendations. We had amazing evenings in the pool with the sunset! Highly recommend this home!

Stayed in Olga's apartment for 4 days, everything was great. The house has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. You can swim right in front of the house, but we went to another beach - Waikiki - it's a 15-minute walk, with white fine pebbles and a gentle slope into the water, there are no algae and it's more convenient to enter with a child. The only downside is the mosquitoes, but on the second night we just turned on the mosquito repellent (available in the apartment). Olga is a very friendly hostess, always in touch and quickly answers questions. It's convenient that you can order a transfer from/to the airport directly from her. And a special thank you for the opportunity to take a late check-out.

The view from the villa is stunning, we have watched sunsets by the pool. Multiple bedrooms and the ground floor area are overlooking the sea as well. Very memorable location, we took a lot of beautiful pictures by the pool. Overall, it was quite and private and the pool table was in very good condition. We were celebrating a bday in a group of 14 and had a lot of fun. Katarina was friendly and very responsive when we asked for additional towels and bed sheets. The one thing that could be improved is cleanliness of the place (especially kitchen and outdoor areas). There were multiple broken light switches and window shatters but this did not ruin our experience. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Amazing property, great area, perfect

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

Everything was great. The sea is nearby, everything you need is in the house and in the kitchen. Very friendly hosts.

This home was immaculate and even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed the multiple sitting areas and the pool. The area is a short drive to Kotor and there were several good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again! One of our favorite airbnb homes we have rented!

Our time at Villa Azure was wonderful! The villa is beautiful & clean, just as shown in the photos…perfect for our family of 7, including a baby. Daniela was very responsive, provided a detailed house guide and provided great recommendations for the area. The villa is close to a major grocery store, beaches and less than 15-min drive to Old Town Budva. She found a local chef, Elaine, to provide a few meals for our family at the villa which turned out great. And, we took Daniela up on the offer to hire their boat (at a discount) for a full day on the Bay of Kotor… again, just lovely. Captain Filip was wonderful, very communicative, constantly checking weather forecasts to make sure we had a good day on the water and showing us around to all the local spots, including stopping for a lovely lunch on shore. Highly recommend!

We stayed in that beautiful house for 2 days to celebrate kid's 8 birthday. We were amazed of the house and surroundings. Big territory, great BBQ zone and the swimming pool. There are everything you could needed for your stay. Thank Jovana and especially her Father Dragan for their kind and warm. Much appreciated and highly recommend this place. Great spot only a short walk to the beach. Very calming and relaxing with the pool available. The apartment was perfect for us to spend a couple of days relaxing in!

Fantastic location overlooking the entire bay, beautiful sunsets, magnificent pool, 2 great restaurants within walking distance. Small shopping on foot at the gas station, but you should have a car, as it is rather remote
