Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Great Barrier Reef

Absolutely loved our 10 days at ‘Frangipani House’. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s & this one beats them all. Think absolute beachfront, amazing ocean views, private, coconut palms, gorgeous decor, heated pool, tropical garden, proximity to both world heritage listed Daintree rainforest & fabulous restaurants in Port Douglas.

Staying at Butterfly bend was just amazing. Waking up in the middle of the rainforest is an amazing experience and so different to our usual city life. The creek at the bottom of the house was a great spot for the kids to explore a different part of the Daintree. Em was very helpful with local tips and experiences. We loved our stay.

We arrived to a perfectly clean and spacious house which had everything you could want, including a laundry, board games, outdoor entertainment area with outdoor spa. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine and heaps of pans, plates, glasses etc. Location is near botanical garden so it was quite and the bed comfortable. It felt like home. A very relaxing stay. The accommodation was excellent with great surroundings. Kaylene was especially helpful and responsive.

What a little gem. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The house is in a great location and a lovely deck overlooking the bay to enjoy. It’s an easy walk to the local little store, clubhouse and palms restaurant. The beach is perfect to walk. All in all, this little gem is wonderful and I’ll definitely recommend to anyone, and will be staying there again. Thanks Shane & Tracey

Great place for our family. Lots of spaces for everyone to spread out and not feel over crowded. A very clean and tidy home with lots of character. Beautiful walks through the Botanical gardens nearby and only a short drive into the city. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Church was a beautiful place for us to have as our home base to explore the tablelands. Check in was super easy with the lock box and the church itself was cute and homey, exactly what we wanted for our getaway. Our first morning here happened to be my husband's birthday so we appreciated having eggs, milk, butter and bread provided for our breakfast, such a lovely touch. We had absolutely no troubles or need to contact the hosts however their clear welcome instructions and friendly attitude means I wouldn't have hesitated to reach out if needed. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property, easy to access. A very comfortable place to stay.

Palm Cove is a beautiful and peaceful area. There is a lovely beach and plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a small shopping mall with all the essentials a short drive away. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The pool is lovely with a great outdoor entertaining area. Very quiet at night so perfect for families. The host is very proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and don’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Tinaroo. Inge was very welcoming and pleasant to chat with. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We were even given eggs, milk and bread which was very much appreciated at breakfast time. Sitting on the deck watching the pademelons was a real treat as was the abundance of birdlife. We also loved the big comfy bed and the spa. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to stay again! wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely week at Maree’s Villa. We loved the location in the Sea temple. right on the beach you could hear the waves at night. right next to the pool which served cocktails and happy hour and a stones throw from the restaurant. In the resort. It was perfect for our family with teenage kids they could swim in the pool, or go to beach, any time they liked. We dined at the restaurant several nights. We didn’t use the plunge pool in the Villa it was too cold. Welcome platter and drinks on arrival were so lovely, especially after a 3 hour flight. beds were good but probably a better selection of pillows would improve sleep quality. We found the furnishings in the Villa luxurious but the pillows didn’t match same quality. would benefit from an upgrade or adding a few more. air conditioner was also extremely loud at night. maybe due for maintenance? Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

This place is the bomb My husband and I wanted a one night break away as we live in Cairns. This exceeded all expectations. Owner has an incredible attention to detail. Spa bath was incredible and electric fire etc Do yourself a favour, this place exceeded expectations…

Adam was very accomodating and turned a great trip away into an amazing one. Brilliant location, nice and close to the beach and local shops. Roadworks are a little annoying however hope they finish soon, unavoidable for accessing the main street.

Such a wonderful relaxing stay! Lisa was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed - including plenty of local recommendations! There were even toys and books for the kids! Highlight was the stunning view out to the water, followed closely by the lovely warm spa! Highly recommend staying here!

We found Melissa’s place to be very relaxing and cozy and we absolutely loved the ocean view.

Great value for money. Was lovely and clean. The view was outstanding, you are in amongst the clouds! Mick was very quick to respond to any questions. My only note for future bookers is you would need a 4WD to access the property. Otherwise the property is excellent for a private and quiet getaway.

One of my favourite Airbnb stays! So private and peaceful, beautiful property and house. Only a 5 minute drive into the beach but you feel like you’re on a country stay. A lot of room for dogs to run around and do their thing, we loved the outdoor bath and fire! Will absolutely be returning 😊

We didnt meet the owners but the place was stunning. Really tropical island vibes, outdoor kitchen, close to everything. 100% recommend

I cannot express enough how incredible it was staying at Peter and Sayah’s garden cottage. The facilities are perfect for a long or short stay. I happened to stay for 6 weeks, and I happily had access to the wardrobe and many coat hangers, all the great kitchen amenities and utensils, washer and dryer, comfy bed, lovely little living space and perfect sized bathroom. It’s even cleaned and serviced once a week! The little home is nestled among a gorgeously maintained garden; it is very private and homey. Not to mention the location is awesome and within walking distance from the IGA, Main Street, restaurants, school and more. But the most special thing was the hospitality of Peter and Sayah. They are truly two spectacular people who care for their guests. They also are so knowledgeable about Cooktown and have endless suggestions of what the little, quaint costal town has to offer. I will only stay here when I get the chance to visit again!

Really enjoy our stay here! Great location but still nice and quiet, loved the communal kitchen area! Room was cosy and had everything we needed, and Carly and Mark were friendly and quick with responses and any help we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay on Magnetic Islamd, close to bus stops and amenities and well maintained, peaceful accommodation. Would highly recommend!
