Wren cottage is a unique and gorgeous little 400 year old, 1 bed character cottage with a big personality! Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.
