We have just had the most incredible stay at Nichola’s place for my sister’s hen do. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming and met us to show us around. She also came to say bye at the end of our stay and asked how we got on which was lovely. The house itself is amazing and somehow exceeded our expectations- the photos look brilliant but in person it is stunning! Would definitely recommend!

Katie’s charming home near the red castle ruins was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in peace and magic. The cottage was beautifully kept, fully stocked, and incredibly comfortable—every detail thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. The setting is something out of a storybook. Waking up next to the historic ruins and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings was unforgettable. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after a day of travel. Our kids were thrilled with the darts and ping pong, and everyone slept like a dream—so quiet, so cozy. If Scotland weren’t so far away, we’d be back in a heartbeat. This may be the only trip we ever take as a family to Scotland, and we’re beyond grateful that Katie’s magical cottage was part of our journey. Thank you for everything!

We have had a lovely stay at the boathouse which was just amazing! The boat house its self is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It is very well equipt, plenty of towels, blankets and even robes. We loved the hot tub with views over the lake. The location of the boathouse was just perfect for us and the views were stunning! We took our own paddle boards and was so happy to be able to launch straight from the jetty to explore the lake. My daughter also loved feeding the ducks from the jetty. We have had a busy few days on local bike trails, hikes, paddle boarding, boating and having some lovely meals out in beautiful Bowness, but always looked forward to returning to the boathouse! We will definitely be returning! Thank you

A lovely place that is only a short walk to the centre Hebden Bridge, with a nice hot tub and next to the train station.

Wow wow wow! Headland hideaway is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, Mike was amazing!!! Messaged every day to check all is okay, send photos of the signpost where to turn and exactly where to park etc. his food recommendation were helpful and stop on! Tried lots and all were amazing! The pool was the biggest hit and we were so lucky when we stayed we had amazing weather! Everything was spotless and modern, loved the remote control curtains! A fabulous half term dreamy weekend! We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Beautiful cottage set in wonderful grounds with a playhouse for the little ones. The pool was great too. Such a great place to stay, and under 10 minutes from Ashbourne. Around 30 mins to kid friendly hiking/walking in the Dales. Highly recommend.

What can I say - lovely space as described, spa facilities second to none… Lush! X6 adults comfortably enjoyed everything Cedar Lodge had to offer, literally cannot wait to book again! 1 even better if - blinds on velux in main living space (where sofa bed situated) probably no bother in winter months. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of booking, just do it!

I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

Caron has created the perfect intimate, seaside hideaway that was such a dream to finish our trip to Scotland with. One of the top Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Such peaceful and cozy vibes with a quaint fire and beach access. Caron was also wonderful with offering an earlier check in and giving local recommendations. Would highly recommend and hope my husband and I can stay here again in the future!

Had a wonderful 2 nights at this amazing house. Stunning views and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub watching a beautiful sunset. The stone bath was amazing, and again, lovely views from the master bedroom. Highly recommend

Lovely relaxing stay in this little home from home. Just what we needed for a quiet get away from the stresses of life. Everything we needed. Lovely hot shower and lovely little touches. Highly recommended.

What a little gem! Beautiful boat in calm peaceful surroundings and was the perfect birthday surprise for my partner. Everything was clearly explained and loved all the little touches around the boat - relaxing under fairy lights and watching the world go by on the deck with the feathered neighbours was just perfect. We will definitely be return visitors!

Ben and Myrrhine are excellent hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Owl House is a beautiful barn conversion adjoining their own cottage, although it is still very private and peaceful . Guests are able to explore the gardens and woods which are lovely and the views from the cottage are glorious. Owl House is cosy and very well maintained with quality fittings and furnishings. There are instructions for whatever you may need to use. We would definitely like to return again and would recommend without hesitation. It is an excellent base for exploring North Yorkshire. The star hut is a very special place - immersed in nature, you can deer watch with a cup of tea from your bed! It's incredibly peaceful and private even though it's just a stone's throw away from the train station - such a perk for those that don't drive. Great walks nearby and can't miss a visit to the tearoom! It's own wonderful thing - so cosy, with great food and freshly baked cakes and most friendly staff.
