Situated in Warwick-on-Eden, this delightful cottage where the hay was originally stored, is within five minutes of the M6 motorway near Carlisle. Built of local sandstone, it dates back to around 1842 and overlooks a cobbled courtyard. It was tastefully restored some twenty years ago retaining the original wooden beams and offers a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people. It's within walking distance of both the renowned pub, The Queens and local shops at Warwick Bridge.

Our kitchen has a log burner so you can unwind in a cozy atmosphere. This cottage has a private entrance and each room has a beautiful aspect overlooking the countryside. And you could choose to dine in our restaurant. Please check opening times as we do not open every day. Booking is also advisable.

With the property being located just ten minutes walking distance from the train station, Carlisle city centre and even closer to the University, it's an ideal base for anyone visiting the area. Our home has an open plan ground floor, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests, There is some off street parking in the street beside the house and a car park 0.2 of a mile away which is £3.50 all day.
