This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! ! ! Please remember, the Lake Wateree Dam is under a very extensive renovation and hopefully will be completed very soon! However, you can still enjoy viewing the lake from the gazebo and/or local fishing is within 1 to 2 miles from our home (Molly Creek Landing and Dutchman’s Cove) The beautiful new beach is also only within a 2 to 3 minute drive from our property too! Come on and stay anyway! Keeping our fingers crossed the dam is repaired soon!

Exactly as pictured!! We had an amazing time! Be careful of the steps as they are uneven(We had a small incident) but other than that great place! My family had a blast and we were all sad to leave! My family and I have already discussed that we will be returning! (Wish we were still there)

Tricia’s place was everything as described and more! Being right on the water with a dock for the boat we rented was amazing! The floor to ceiling windows looking at the water from the kitchen and especially the master bedroom were one of the highlights of the house. The floor plan and the updated home were perfect. I must say one of the highlight for us was how well Tricia’s home and kitchen were stocked with everything you need for a stay at the lake, and I mean everything. I don’t believe there was anything she hadn’t thought of! And a major added bonus was also SHARP KNIVES in the kitchen! We have stayed in AirBnB’s/VRBO a lot over the years and dull knives are always an issue so Tricia’s place having sharp knives was one of the best features of her place that you won’t see in the advertisement! She was also an amazing responsive host! 10/10!

This is our family’s new favorite lake property! The views right when you step in the door made you feel like you could walk right into the lake. Ds has thought of anything and everything you could need during your stay. From spices to cook with, laundry baskets for dirty and clean clothes, laundry and dish soaps, extra blankets, games, and a very well stocked kitchen! We didn’t have to leave the house one time to grab a thing. The ten of us all slept well and comfortably, with myself and my daughter using the sunroom pullout beds. We enjoyed playing all the games they provided and fishing off the dock and the round point out in front of the house. Ds was very responsive before and during our stay. Everything worked great and was very clean. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful, fun and relaxing home to vacation in this summer. We hope to be back next year!

Staying at this beautiful trailer in the woods was a truly peaceful and refreshing experience. The location is surrounded by nature, offering the perfect escape from the city. The trailer itself is beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and it has everything you could possibly nee. just like being at home, but even more relaxing. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was well taken care of, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into this place. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, stylish, and fully equipped getaway in nature.
