The Old Smithy.

A bright and airy converted former blacksmiths adjacent to our house with wood burner, bedroom with king sized bed, a mezzanine bedroom with sofa bed (accessed via steep steps so not suitable for infants or elderly), open plan living room and kitchenette and bathroom (with shower). Kids and pets welcome. We welcome groups of up to 6 BUT RECOMMEND NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS for max comfort. 150 yds from the Red Lion known for its real ales and within easy walking distance of the thatched Half Moon

The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

A quiet and comfortable chalet, with gas central heating and everything needed for a relaxing stay. With excellent WiFi and off-road parking, and in the heart of Suffolk. A 7.5 Kw EV charging point is available, with costs based on usage and electricity cost. In the pleasant village of Great Waldingfield, with a pub, village shop, and close to Sudbury (3 miles), Lavenham (4 miles), Bury St. Edmunds(16 miles). We live next door so are happy to help with directions and what to do in the area.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

With beams galore, a central stacked fireplace with log burner, a compact galley kitchen & dining area. Upstairs is a double bedroom & stunning bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by garden with amazing views over stunning countryside.

Ballingdon Mill is an artists retreat in an 18th century windmill base on the edge of Sudbury, Suffolk, a small bustling market town in the heart of Gainsborough country. If seeking a cosy, spacious, 'off grid' bolt hole a stone's throw from London we are for you. We make a dreamy spacious space for romantic couples - or the perfect crash pad for up to 4 guests wishing to bunk up for the night - perfect for wedding guests). Dogs welcome but the pet fee is charged for extra cleaning.

With miles of quiet lanes and footpaths and pubs within walking distance, it is ideally placed for walkers, cyclists and country lovers. Relax and unwind in this rural idyll - a perfect base for exploring Suffolk.

The Cart Lodge - a rural country retreat.

Relax in this detached former cart lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside and located in the owners’ grounds in a great rural location. The Cart Lodge can accommodate up to 5 people, with the Master Bedroom having a King size bed and the second bedroom having a Queen size bed and single bed. We take the utmost care in cleaning the property including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between reservations so that it is safe for our guests upon arrival.

Cottage in Sudbury

The cottage is perfectly located near the town centre and surrounded by footpaths and beautiful ancient water meadows. A lovely place to rest and recharge. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths

The Coach House

A beautifully renovated self-contained coach house set in the grounds of Pound Hall, enjoying stunning views of Melford Hall and the beautiful countryside. Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a sofa bed, ideal for a child in the sitting area. The Coach House offers luxury accommodation with a private garden opening onto fields and is a 5 minute walk from Holy Trinity Church and the village. The owners live on site and are on hand to accommodate requests.
