Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Willows - Garden Guest Cottage

This beautiful recently completed guest cottage is set within the secure grounds of the main house in a rural setting near the villages of Willerby, located just off the main route between the Humber Bridge and the historic town of Beverley and only 15 mins from the City of Kingston Upon Hull. Ideally placed for country walks or for exploring these historic centres. We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

Mulberry Mews is an annex conversion situated in the peaceful village of Keelby. After a day of walking in the Lincolnshire countryside or enjoying the local coastline, guests can unwind in our luxurious bathroom suite. The open plan kitchen-living area provides a unique space to enjoy relaxing evenings, which can also extend to the outdoors with access to a private garden area. The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Laurel Lodge

This fully equipped residence, located in the picturesque agricultural community of Keelby, features three bedrooms. Its exceptional location positions it south of the Humber Bank, with a short 10-minute drive to the refineries at Killingholme. Keelby is also conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from the coastal town of Cleethorpes, offering both the tranquillity of the countryside and seaside. For those with international business, Humberside Airport is a mere 10 minutes away!

Hot Tub - Countryside Views - Spridlington

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. 10 minutes to the M180, 20 minutes to the Humber Bridge and 30 minutes from Lincoln.

Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.
