The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The property stands on over 2 acres of exclusive garden for you to explore and enjoy. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms and fields inviting you to get away from it all. Idyllic cottage nestled in a tranquil village.

This is a lovely old detached thatched cottage to stay for a relaxing time in beautiful countryside yet not far from good pubs and other local amenities . Barn Cottage is within easy reach of the market town of Saffron Walden, the historic Audley End Estate and Cambridge . It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

Comfortable fully equipped converted barn ideally located close to Cambridge in the village of Whittlesford which has a mainline railway station (Cambridge from 9 mins, London from 60 mins). It is 5 minutes drive to Duxford Imperial War Museum, 10 minute drive to Trumpington Park and Ride to visit Cambridge, 15 minutes to Addenbrookes Hospital 15 minute drive to Saffron Walden (Audley End House and gardens) and 22 miles to Stansted airport.

Clock Cottage - spacious historic converted dairy

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. The cottage extends over 1,200 square foot providing hall, sitting room, study, fitted kitchen/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garden and a private south facing courtyard.

The Vinery

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.

Enjoy your stay in the newly converted Ugley Coachhouse. The house is on a very quiet lane and is perfect for a relaxing break in the countryside. The village of Stansted and the small town of Saffron Walden are a short drive away as is Bishop's Stortford and Stansted Airport. Perfect for day trips to Cambridge or London. Family and pet friendly.

Large spacious old stable block completely detached from the main house . Located in the grounds of a private house in a two acres garden , peaceful space , with the Occasional visit from our wild deers and rabbits. Kitchen is equipped for most needs High chair and travel cot provided
