Holiday rentals with beach access in Great Smoky Mountains

Our second stay at Debi's beautiful b&b was great! We're grateful for her and her space, sharing the nature and peace with us. Can't wait to return for a third time :)

Our family of four had an incredible stay at this cozy Airbnb! The views of the snow-covered mountains were absolutely stunning and made for a perfect backdrop throughout our stay. Our family had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kids loved the Murphy bed! We especially loved gathering around the fireplace, with plenty of wood provided to keep us warm and toasty. Everything was just perfect, and we’d definitely love to stay again in the future!

If you're looking for a condo in the Sapphire Valley Resort don't hesitate to book Heather's place! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at!!! It was a super easy check in/out process, the decor was super charming, beds were so comfy, and Heather had really high quality shower/kitchen supplies. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra touches! In addition to this we also really enjoyed the pool, lake, playground, and arcade. It was the perfect family getaway!

Our stay at Kerry’s place was great! We love Sapphire because of the amenities like Fairfield Lake and the rec center, in addition to being close to a number of hikes. Kerry’s neighborhood had its own lake (Whisper Lake) the kids could enjoy, which was such a nice bonus. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The neighborhood is also walkable if you don’t mind the hills. Check out Grand Olde Station on Lake Toxaway for lunch or dinner. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Erin's home. The location on the lake was ideal, not far from the marina and had beautiful views at all angles of the home. The outside was serene and everywhere you looked were beautiful flowers. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

The home was easy to find and looked like the photos. Mary had the home well organized and equipped. The place was neat and clean. It had all the comforts of home plus more. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The home was close to numerous stores and restaurants. We would not hesitate to return to this location, or have an issue to recommend it to family and friends.

A gorgeous little home right smack in the middle of the smokies and Asheville! The best of both worlds with a bit of travel! We deeply appreciated the intentional care this home has been shown, fantastic bedding and seating situations, fantastic games, accessories and shower! We will return to this little slice of heaven! Thank you Lara for being so responsive and kind during our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lake-view home! The view was absolutely stunning. The house was well-equipped and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was peaceful and felt like the perfect getaway from the city. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and check-out super easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games and extra blankets. As far as the cleanliness we did notice a couple of issues, and it definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We will be coming back next year!!

The loveliest part of our stay was sitting out in the early mornings on the screened in covered deck with the fireplace ablaze, coffee in hand and relaxing with a cool breeze whispering through the trees. This is a place of comfy cozy…….stress has no place here, it’s peaceful and pleasing. My friends were so very pleased with this home ….thank you Dorothy for sharing your lovely home.

The cottage sits above the lake in a mountain setting. Quite charming. The neighborhood is in a gated community and was super quiet. If you are visiting during the summer, we highly recommend using the lake-access docks for swimming and simply enjoying the beauty of the lake. It's a 2 minute drive to the bottom of the hill! What a peaceful place to hangout. The cottage is conveniently located between Cashiers and Highlands, so take advantage and visit both. We appreciated that there were no additional fees for our dog. He loved swimming in the lake. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor, so be aware if steps are an issue for you. Otherwise, it's a open and airy place to stay.

Great place clean and comfortable. Had a small problem with the water which was not their fault it was a busted pipe was fixed the night we got there. Josh was very nice and on top of it. Would stay there anytime again.

Not the owners fault, but be aware that if you type the address into maps there are 2 of the same address and one of them will take you 30 minutes away from the correct location. So make sure to read carefully the description that the owner gives you about the location and make sure it matches your map. Other than that great location and great place to stay.

Beautiful condo, looked exactly as shown in pictures! Location was great, very close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Just be careful as some roads are very steep around, but typical for the mountains! We’ll definitely come back - condo looked and smelled brand new.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Everything was exactly as described. I was a little disappointed that we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for our stay. I also wish there was another way to order tickets for local attractions than the link that is provided. I kept getting redirected to different websites and in this day and age you can never be too careful with online safety so we didn’t end up using that offer for a free ticket and paid out of pocket for both. Overall the place was nice and we would stay here again.

This condo is one word AMAZING. The views were stunning and probably the best in Gatlinburg period. The stay was amazing. The place was clean and exactly as described. The details that went into the place did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this place to anyone. I plan to stay here again with my family in the future. It is also close to everything in downtime Gatlinburg. It truly is the perfect stay and location. You need to book your stay here NOW!

My family and I had the most amazing time at this resort. It was in a great location on a mountain, with a very short drive to the downtown area and attractions. The place was very nice, clean, and had nice kitchen supplies. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We were able to access the property with ease. There were no issues whatsoever. Everything worked out perfectly. The scenery was amazing with the sun shining on the mountains and we were able to see a bear go by in the distance. This place overlooked the downtown area and we were able to see fireworks from the living room window. It was amazing. The staff on the premises were very friendly also. We also drove a short distance to Pigeon Forge and went to attractions there. I will definitely be staying at this resort again. It was so perfect for our family.
