It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Located in a coinvent neighborhood in South Knox and includes all basic necessities for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom to feel at home. It is private with all provided amenities and no shared spaces, but owner's do live upstairs. Guests have dedicated parking by the entrance. WIFI provided. The guest suite is a complete private apartment with a separate entrance and driveway, and is on its own level. The rental includes it’s own full kitchen with dining area, Livingroom, work space with desk and a separate large sleeping area. Your bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a seated vanity. The only connection to our house is a locked door to the stairwell. The view from the rental includes lots of trees and a glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.

The studio is ideal for a couples that would like to share a queen-size bed but can accommodate up to four people by pulling out the sofa into a double bed. The studio offers convenient check-in available for our guests with an app-assisted private entrance.
