Family-friendly holiday rentals in Greater Bilbao

Luis est un hôte extrêmement réactif, accueillant. Il a pris la peine de nous accueillir en personne pour nous présenter la villa et le fonctionnement de celle ci. Il est très réactif quand nous avons eu besoin pour nous conseiller des restaurants par exemple. La villa sentait bon, l'état de celle ci impeccable. Aucun voisins au alentour ! dépaysement total.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. El apartamento estaba impecable,súper cómodo, además contaba con terrazita,los propietarios muy simpáticos y serviciales,y la zona, maravillosa para desconectar y recargar energía, volveremos sin dudarlo

Estuvimos muy cómodos

Anfitriones super amables y atentos, apartamento calidad precio insuperable, ubicación 10/10. Si quieres desconectar puedes hacerlo sin problema. Si quieres viajar y descubrir también puedes hacerlo sin problema. Si necesitas relajarte después del viaje o el turismo, el jacuzzi es genial (siempre y cuando respetes los horarios para no molestar a los vecinos). En resumen si quieres resérvalo no te quedes con las ganas, acertarás seguro.

La casa esta muy bien, es grande, limpia y bonita, la piscina es mas grande de lo que parece en fotos y tiene un jardin bastante grande, Marta es muy maja tuvimos que salir un poco tarde y lo comprendio sin problemas. Por por poner alguna pega la casa esta un poco escondida y para llegar puede que te pierdas por otro camino, pero no es nada que la costumbre de estar unos dias no pueda arreglar.

Roberto responded very quickly to a very late request for accommodation. Is parents were very friendly and helpful and supported us very well in getting to the property and settling us in. We speak little Spanish but we’re easily able to manage with the patience of our hosts. Would definitely recommend English families to try this very Spanish home and the area.

Hemos ido un fin de semana y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es muy acogedora, un sitio tranquilo. Andoni ha sido un excelente anfitrión, se comunicaba con nosotros de forma fácil y si necesitábamos algo nos facilitaba las cosas. Volveremos seguro, nos a encantado.

Ficamos muito tempo dentro do apartamento, pois era uma viagem para descansar. A cozinha muito bem equipada ofereceu tudo que precisamos para nossas refeições. A vizinhança é tranquila, possui bons restaurantes e supermercados próximos. Os colchões, travesseiros e lençóis são muito confortáveis! Era exatamente o que precisamos. Agradeço a Itziar pela boa comunicação e preocupação em deixar tudo perfeito para a nossa chegada.

Het appartement ligt in het oude gedeelte van de stad. Volgens de verkeersregels mag je er enkel komen tot 11u s ochtends. Je kan pas na de middag inchecken dus moet je eigenlijk de verkeersregels overtreden als je met je eigen wagen bent. Daar wij met 2 oudere personen, een hond en best wat bagage waren ben ik toch met mijn grote wagen om 16.30u de oude stad doorgereden om aan de voordeur uit te laden. Je rijdt dan door volle stratenwaar de mensen ook in het midden van de straat (op dat moment autovrij) lopen. Nadien de wagen geparkeerd aan Saba Tren station voor 3 dagen. Dit is een bewaakte parking waar je met een grote wagen (formaat camionette) makkelijk kan parkeren. Dit is wel een achterbuurt maar gelukkig is er niets met de wagen gebeurd. Het appartement is fantastisch gelegen in de oude stad. Op 30 stappen sta je op het plaza nuevo waar alle leuke lekkere pinxto bars op een plein liggen. Vanuit de grote slaapkamer zie je op een druk gezellig plein met ook heel wat horeca

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Limpio, ordenado, con todas las comodidades. Permite alojarse con mascotas.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Bilbao than Naiara's apartment! Dotted around are restaurants, bars, and shops; and within walking distance of major attractions. Naiara was an exceptional host, allowing us to check in before the appointed time, and included a bottle of wine to welcome us. The flat was clean and tidy, and although it was near foot traffic and bars, it was quiet, and more so when the windows were shuttered at night. Naiara was proactive and prior to arrival, provided clear check-in instructions.

We always love coming to Bilbao, and the flat was perfect for our needs. We needed to do a little remote working, be close to the city, and have parking. This booking had them all with a few unexpected welcome gifts thanks to Asunción. The parking is in a different building 5-minute walk away, but that was never an issue and the car park was secure. You can temporarily park in front of the flat to drop of bags, etc. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area, and close by there is a lovely walk by the river to the city centre. The flat was clean, had everything we needed (even desks in separate rooms for a little work). We would happily stay here next time we are in Bilbao.

Estancia perfecta, fuimos una familia de 5 adultos y 2 niños y aún quedaban 2 camas individuales y una doble libres, asi que es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. En la parte de arriba tiene un ático con todo tipo de entretenimiento, imposible aburrirse! La zona es bonita, en un pueblo muy tranquilo con ambiente relajado, playa y puerto cerca y Bilbao a unos 15 minutos. A destacar el recibimiento y hospitalidad de Javier, nos preparó una cena/desayuno digno de un buen bilbaino (qué ricas estaban las tortillas), pero mejor que vayas y lo descubras... Volveremos porque nos encantó, 100% Recomendable. Gracias Javier :)

El alojamiento coincidió perfectamente con la descripción. Fácil acceso y te sientes como en casa. Los vecinos del edificio donde está muy amables. Una pena que por el tiempo no pudiéramos utilizar la piscina que tenía muy buena pista.

The apartment is fantastic. It is spacious with plenty of storage and amenities. It had a working washing machine with facilities to dry on the balcony - this was useful as we had been travelling beforehand. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t use, however, it looked clean and very inviting! The area is perfect. A lovely coastal walk nearby and a place to generally chill overlooking the sea. The host gave very clear photos and instructions of how to check in etc. The only slight negative would be the check in time, which was 5pm. I feel this is quite late in terms of other properties. We were able to check in around 4pm which helped.

Una maravilla de casa con un jardín espectacular para disfrutar de las vistas y no moverse de alli en días. Muy tranquilo para ir en familia y muy cómoda la estancia.

Estupendo lugar y estupendo ambiente. Si quieres desconectar y vivir la cultura de la madera y de la eficiancia energética y otros valores en alza, este es un lugar inclreible. Un 10, todos vuelven por lo que hemos visto esos días. Gracias

Casa espectacular en un entorno tranquilo, verde y muy bonito. Todo fenomenal, la única pena fue no quedarnos más días.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

Great spot, would be awesome in summer with a group of friends with the pool
