Beautifully boutique hotel in a restored late 19th century town house. The neighborhood is old and non touristic with easy access to the cities hot spots. Definitely a place to stay at!

The room is in accordance with the description and is situated in an excellent location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Fabricio as well as the personal from the hotel are very sympatic and available for any question! Daily room service as well as the breakfast was a nice bonus!

A perfect home away from home! Maca and her father have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and attentive to everything. The room is comfortable and the apartment is spacious and very clean. The neighbourhood is great with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the subte in a few minutes walk. I booked for 1 month and decided to book to stay longer.. no better review than that. Thanks for everything Maca!

Martin's house is comforting. The space comes with everything you need and more. From the first moment, Martin was a helpful host, always present and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere conducive to pleasant conversations in the courtyard, surrounded by plants and enjoying a pleasant breeze. The house is very well equipped: enough dishes, excellent space for cooking. In addition, the Wi-Fi has good coverage and speed in all areas.
