Great location and views. We enjoyed our stay in the modern apartment. Only letdown was the freezer did not work but hopefully that is fixed now. Host was responsive and helpful.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay - the appartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The free parking, gym access and heated rooftop pool were a real bonus. It is a great location, close to Glenferrie rd and heaps of restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Great apartment for a weekend in Melbourne! Very spacious and spectacular views. Aster was a great host

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

I stayed at the place for 5 days. Harvey was very professional and he communicated well right from the start of the booking till we vacated the property. Property was kept very clean and had good space and outdoor area for kids to play. Property was a walkable distance to shopping center. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property in Melbourne. Thanks

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

Thanks Julia for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place as there is plenty of living space and is well laid out. We had a fun time playing on the pool table and the kitchen is well appointed. The location is good and it is an easy walk to the beach and walking tracks. The Bay views are also nice. We would definitely book it again in the future.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina
