It's not my first time staying with Katarzyna's family. The good location gives way only to a beautifully decorated and well-maintained place where I felt not only comfortable, but also luxurious!

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Helpful and kind, you could talk about anything. Mrs. Urszula makes great breakfasts. I highly recommend staying here.

We were a group of 15 people and had a very nice stay in Artur-Okonins house. Everything was fine and like described in the announcement.

The place is peaceful, quiet. An apartment equipped with everything you need. The owners are very helpful, contactless check-in and checkout. The dog is very nice, although it only sometimes appears in the garden :) Very good restaurants in the area. A taxi to/from the city center is about 30-40 zł, but in the area more pleasant than in Bydgoszcz itself. I recommend!

Location and the place is just awesome. Gps location is not as per the actual location which made me confused to reach the place. Also door main latch wad broken but that’s a temporary issue. Overall good stay

The place is really very comfortable and pleasant. Plenty of space, parking under the window, and the tram stop is just a stone's throw away. I think I will be happy to come back on the occasion of another visit to Poznań.

A great place to relax and more. Everything is as described and photographed. The host is very helpful and friendly, seamless and fast. Peace, quiet, beautiful surroundings – a perfect place to relax, but an equally good base for the center. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We had a great stay. Convenient for parking the car and a small lovely walk through a park to the city center. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet area and very spacious.

Very nice, tastefully decorated and very quiet apartment, in a modern building. With a bouquet of flowers, it puts a little life. Close to the old city, we did everything on foot. Agnieszka allowed us to drop off our luggage early. Thanks again!
