On a large 40m2 terrace there are furniture for relaxing, packing, barbecue, umbrella. The cottage is located about 160m from the beach, about 700m to the beaches. Kayak available. We have an ALL INCLUDED policy, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

Great stay in Wroclaw. Lovely clean apartment, perfect for a few nights. Easy to find, 20 minute walk from bus station. Clear instructions to get in. Oksana always responded quickly, very helpful and thoughtful touches. Everything needed in kitchen and lovely clean bathroom. Good location, 20 minute straight walk to Old Town. Definitely recommend. Great place, really worth the price:) Clean, tidy, will delight the eye of any person who appreciates architectural gems:) Małgorzata is a very warm and friendly person, she waited for us and showed us around the complex at check-in despite the late hour, for which I was very grateful to my guest 🫶 The neighborhood is very quiet, closed, with lots of charming restaurants around, and the free pool is an absolute must-visit! Beautiful Holidays, nice spacious house with pool, hot tub . Comfortable rooms , living room with large table for family and group celebration. Fully equipped kitchen. The area around is very attractive for various needs, forests, a river, ponds , where you can fish and take idyllic moments. Fire pit, hiking, bike tours. You can play volleyball on the property, there is a table tennis table and a Finnish sauna. Very kind and helpful host. Sielly angelic.
