Holiday rentals with a kayak in Greater Toronto Area

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

This was without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! It was such a beautiful space. The view was unmatched and there was lots of room for all of us! We definitely plan on going back during summer months. May long weekend this year wasn’t warm and we would have loved to enjoy sitting out on that dock. Will definitely be returning!

We only stayed there for one night but it was a really good experience. The house is too comfortable, it is very nice and very spacious. It has everything you need at your fingertips. The kayak and bikes are souvenirs that are in very good condition and can be put to great use if you wish. Helen is very attentive, timely and willing. She responds extremely quickly to your questions and gives you solutions for everything in a friendly and warm manner.

Lovely spot to stay with the family. We had such a nice weekend. Meaford is great place and close to both Owen sound and Collingwood to explore further. The house was comfortable and a great place for our family and dog to relax. It had everything we needed

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

The Airbnb was peaceful and clean and we felt right at home. Robin was very prompt with her responses and friendly. If the weather held out I am sure we would have enjoyed utilizing the beautiful deck and lake more, but we enjoyed our time in doors sorting through and guessing the jellybean flavors she leaves for the guests. Unfortunately, the description and the explanation of the house was confusing, especially when it came to the sleeping accommodations. But overall it was an extremely pleasant experience and I would go back to visit again.

What a great place! We had 11 people. 6 adults and 5 children. There were beds for everyone and because the weather was crap (totally not Byron’s fault - LOL) we were inside most of the weekend. There was enough space and internet bandwidth to keep everyone happy and engaged! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Hope to rent this next year for family fun weekend!

Our group had an amazing stay at Dave’s cottage! Everything was perfectly arranged in the house, and we especially loved the variety of games available—they really added to the fun and made our time even more enjoyable. The view from the cottage was absolutely beautiful and made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see the Northern Lights right from the cottage—it really was an unforgettable experience! Dave was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this place and host!

We happened to come during mayfly season, so there were tons of them outside and we couldn’t have a campfire at night, which was a bit disappointing. But the host was super kind and helpful, and the place had everything we needed. During the day, we still got to go boating and had a nice BBQ, and spent three amazing nights indoors. The house was extremely clean and very cozy. This house is the perfect place for relaxing, enjoying nature, and even going into the city for some more up-beat days. Just what we needed to relax and enjoy with the family! the lake is beautiful, we really enjoyed the canoeing and kayaks. even the big yard and the view are awesome. only one thing, the sofa bed was not very comfy to sleep. but, everything else was perfect to enjoy. thanks Ash/Nic for being a good host and friendly ppl.

It was another enjoyable stay. This is our second time staying at Micheal’s listing here in Norland. The scenery is beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks again for the relaxing getaway :)

I absolutely loved Sarah’s cottage in Coboconk! It was the perfect mix of cozy and peaceful, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can really tell how much care went into the place—can’t wait to come back!

A rural cabin with unexpected modern conveniences. Everything is new and works well. Beds and mattresses are great. Rare you find great comfortable mattresses. Sheets and blankets all smart freshly washed. Perfect for my dog. Private and safe. Bbq worked great and very hot. Not one thing disappointed me about this place. The host was happy to answer any questions. Even at 10.30 pm. Thank you it was great.

We rented 2 cottages on same premises for this booking, and hosts were able to accomodate our needs. Very responsive hosts, with clear instructions and descriptions of the place. Unit 4B is our fave place to hang as its closer to the river and has bright space. Back Porch is enclosed with glass window and screen for night hang out place when you wanna avoid mosquitos outside and/if it’s raining outside. You still feel like youre outside with the comfort of staying inside :) 4A is nice if guests wants privacy at night, coz its has 2 queen size bed and bunk bed (3 BR). Both cottages can use all the water activity stuff. Nice to fish here too. Bonfire at night is great as well with free fire woods from the hosts. Location from Toronto is great, as you will feel like youre far away but it’s just 1.5hrs drive.

This is a very cozy space. If you are looking to get away in the Kawarthas I really recommend it. Its very clean, organized, right on the water great for a family of 5-6. I would love to come back and stay even longer, a weekend was too short. No complaints.
