Amit is an excellent and responsive host who wants to ensure his guests are comfortable and their needs are met. We had a little difficulty finding the place - mostly because we were tired after a long day of travel- but friendly Amit guided us by phone. The apartment was well cleaned for us, the kitchen needs work - was well cleaned but also well used so could do with a fleshing up. Fridge was spotless. The area suited our needs very well, definitely more local than touristic but easy ride into sites etc. when we wanted. Friendly and helpful neighbours, a great stay!

Prerana’s place offered the perfect retreat I was seeking during my short trip to India. The location is truly ideal—strategically situated to allow easy access to Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram, while still offering a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Faridabad’s relatively calmer environment provided a sense of peace and relaxation that I truly appreciated. The area also boasts a variety of good food outlets at reasonable prices, which was an added delight. What truly stood out, however, was the prompt and thoughtful assistance provided by Prerana throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and hospitality made the experience all the more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a very comfortable stay, the place was very tidy and the hosts had it cleaned regularly to make sure it stayed that way. The surrounding area is super peaceful, located inside a gated community with 24/7 security. We rarely had to reach out to the hosts as pretty much everything we needed was already present, and right where we needed it (from towels and soap/hand-wash, to blankets and bedding). The bathrooms were well equipped too (things like hot water and stuff). Whenever we did need something, the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Checking in and out was also pretty straightforward. Overall, the stay was wonderful, the rooms were cozy, and the hosts were awesome -- we wouldn't hesitate to book the place again should we revisit Delhi :)

We had a great time at Sukoon! It's located in a quiet area where you can hear only birds in the morning. It's isolated yet well serviced by delivery apps. Shweta was very proactive in reaching out and the caretaker Tiwari ji was helpful and always available at the property. We were there with our baby and parents and all enjoyed the property - the garden area, the swimming pool, the pool table and the common area. We were surprised by the facilities for our baby - the baby cycle and the high chair. Thanks for a comfortable worry-free trip, would highly recommend!

One of the best properties to stay in Noida. The luxurious accomodation and serene surroundings make it perfect place for relaxation. The host was polite and solved our needs in couple of minutes when required. The place offers huge lobby area with ample sitting space as described through pictures and the pool area, it was huge. An ideal place for a couple with private pool area , we had an amazing time there Its value for money, I will definitely be back for a staycation with my friends and family , Highly Recommend.

It was a lovely stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and the hospitallity was great.

I am happy to book this stay. The transition was smooth and can get commute also outside the building easily. People looking for office at ABC it is a pretty good selection to book your stay here. The studio was nice but the hosts were even nicer. They helped us out by pointing us to realtors since we were looking for an appt. They went out of their way to make sure we found good areas and ensured we were happy throughout the stay.

Sarthak is a great host. Very responsive and proactive. My BNB was on 21st floor. Amazing view from there. Will definitely recommend and revisit.
