We have an original Dillon cabin, that was built in 1934 and moved to Dillon Proper in 1970. It has rustic features and has been updated. This is a great place to stay with your family and friends and in a central location of Summit County. It's also within walking distance of downtown Dillon's restaurants, pubs, parks, Amphitheater, Dillon marina and beautiful lake.

That Dam Cabin!

This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!
