The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The 54m² house, with 2 floors, is super cozy and is in a very charming condominium, right in the center of Penedo, about 5 min. walk (less than 500 m) from the entrance of Shopping Pequena Finlândia / Casa do Papai Noel. Really privileged location! It is not necessary to use a car to go to the main restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, cafes and the Pequena Finlândia, Vale dos Duendes and Roda D'Água malls, with their numerous charming shops.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
