Family-friendly holiday rentals in Greene County

We had the most incredible weekend at Garrett & Ewa’s place! They communicated so well with us before hand when planning my sister’s wedding celebration! Everyone loved the space. It was all as pictured and even better than expected!

We loved our stay here. It was quiet and private and literally minutes to downtown. The house was beautiful with lots of room to spread out. We will definitely be back.

Was exactly what we needed. The back yard was amazing and loved the hot tub. Plenty of room and everything was as advertised

Out in what seemed like a woodland oasis in a hot tub with the amazing real sounds of nature from the frogs to the birds, just melted way the hard work of the day. We had 15 people between the ages of 2 and 70 staying here for a family graduation in a nearby town. There was SO much room here! We were not crowded at all and there were enough beds for at least another 10 people. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and a whole lot more. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of bedding and 3 full bathrooms. The outside deck was great and we made use of the grill. The kids appreciated the toys and games. We had trouble figuring out the TV when we got there and Jonah came right over and helped. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here to watch the Eclipse. the house was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for several families to cook and enjoy time together. Mike was extremely great with communication. I would definitely come back!

This is our second stay at this cabin. It was so peaceful. It rained some of the time, but it was so cozy listening to the rain inside the cabin. We had a nice Easter brunch on the porch. We love staying at all John's cabins.

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week. The space was perfectly located, large, clean, comfortable and peaceful.

Cozy place with a really cool bedroom. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Easy check in with clear instructions. Definitely look forward to staying again.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Came for a wedding that was close by and enjoyed a wonderful night around one of the two fire pits. Wish we had more time in the morning to explore more of the property. Our dog really enjoyed the expansive forest. Alexandra was amazing and super communicative with anything we could have needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here with family and my parents for my child's graduation. It was a beautiful place in the perfect location!

This is a repeat stay for us. We love staying at the Overlook for our family get togethers. Plenty of room, enough supplies for guests staying and large gathering areas. Lots to do in the area as well. Paula is an awesome hosts and quick to reply and very accommodating making our stay always delightful.
