We had a lovely long weekend with our 20 year old daughters and our dog. We celebrated a birthday and midsummer and really relaxed. The house was comfortable, clean and offered an relaxing environment. The Sauna, hot tub and She Shed were fan favorites with our family! Highly recommend for a family of 4-6.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's place. As many others have said, the surroundings are even more beautiful in person. There is another rental unit right across the yard, which we didn't realize, but ultimately we found it nice knowing there were other people around. The kitchen and bathroom(s) were notably gorgeous and comfortable - though we didn't cook, I've never seen a better stocked kitchen in terms of cooking tools at an Airbnb. A spacious and peaceful retreat.

Such a clean, charming home. We felt welcomed at every turn, from initial contact to arriving to departing. We loved the little thoughtful touches, such as providing an extension cord for the hair dryer (some older homes don’t have a plug right next to the sink). All in all a lovely stay.

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to Catskill four our anniversary. Margaret’s place was PERFECT. The house itself was so charming and provided the perfect location for a cozy weekend getaway. The area was very walkable, and have lots of shops and restaurants. Margaret was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions right away. She also provided a great list of recommended activities, restaurants, and breweries. We definitely plan on visiting again soon to finish off the list. Thanks again for a memorable experience!

We had an amazing stay in Hunter! The place was a decent size for a group of 8 like us, we’re a group of friends who take an annual trip to Upstate. The host is honestly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever come across. She truly went above and beyond. Before our trip, she shared a comprehensive guidebook with local recommendations, which was super helpful. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything was well stocked, we never ran out of anything during our 4 day stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that she had prepared so much food for us including bacon, eggs, milk, s’mores, and tons of pastries and baked goods from Fellow Mountain Cafe. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Michael’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet. It was conveniently located between Phoenicia and Hunter/Tannersville, which made it easy to get out for hikes and explore the area with our kids. The hot tub was a huge highlight and got lots of use. And we loved the views from the second floor deck! It was also such a bonus that the house was dog-friendly — we loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip! The only thing we missed was a high chair, which would’ve been helpful with our toddler — but otherwise, the house was really well-stocked and family-friendly! Michael was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process really smooth. We’d definitely love to come back again!

We had a magical weekend away and our stay was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Olia was incredibly responsive, friendly, and all around wonderful to connect with. The house was a magical time capsule holding the best of energy and a glimpse into the 70s - so fun. The pool and patio were awesome, with open and friendly spaces inside too, all made for the best of entertaining spaces. We could not have asked for a better weekend away, and we cannot wait to plan our next trip! Thank you!

Teddy’s home was welcoming and comfortable with all the amenities we needed to have a great Girls Weekend! The house was clean and there was so much for us to do; we enjoyed kayaking, the pool, and sitting on the dock to relax.

We used Caitlin’s cabin for our annual family get away with all the kids and it was PERFECT! Pool was amazing , great space and very private for the kids to run and play. Hiking trails with in walking distance. I can’t recommend this place enough and the hosts were fantastic and super helpful!!

My family and I loved this home. It is absolutely beautiful, clean and lots of fun! It rained all day on a Saturday but we had so much entertainment at the house that we didn't mind the rain. We played pool, sang karaoke and watched movies at the amazing theater. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for a family of 10! The host was so pleasant and accommodating. We are already making plans to return next year. Thank you Steven! You deserve 10 stars!

We had a wonderful girls’ trip stay at the cottage. So cozy and warm! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Sean gave very nicely detailed instructions and everything was just as described. We enjoyed all his recommendations for hiking and dining. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

This place is absolutely beautiful, I would for anyone who wants a quiet relaxing stay. Host is just as amazing , there for any questions that I had. Will definitely be back and will try the other house. Don’t pass this house it’s totally worth the stay.

The house was beautiful and very family friendly. They greeted us with milk, orange juice and a carton of eggs in the fridge. They even had a selection of beer testers for my husband to try. We had an issue with the pool heater not turning on and both host were very helpful and responsive. I loved the hand drawn map guide they made me when I could not locate something ! They even got someone out there that same evening. Especially on Memorial Day weekend I was impressed on how quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody and will go back if I’m ever in the area again.

The townhouse is sparkling clean, very well appointed from kitchenware to sports gear, and has brand new appliances. The Location (complex) is serene, the surrounding nature is gorgeous; simply leaving the window open is very relaxing thanks to the natural sounds, e.g., birds. The complex has courts for tennis, pickleball, pool, etc. Easy walking access to the trail (Windham Path). Easy car access to practically anywhere in the Catskills. Host is responsive and provides clear, common sense instructions.

Went away for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for us (+ our dog) from the city! Quiet, peaceful, had all the amenities we needed to stay in (hot tub, porch seating, fire pit and streaming on TV), and close to some restaurants and a few cidery/breweries if you wanted to go out. Place was super clean and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay for longer if we can next time.

We had the best time staying at this cozy cottage, very comfortable with an awesome view! Kitchen had everything we would need. Great hospitality from Wayne and Renee! We can’t wait to come back again soon

Would absolutely stay again! Really loved the way they've updated the space but kept the classic touches of the house. Huge well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Peaceful outdoor space with lots of privacy. And overall a very spacious house that feels like you could have a big group without getting in each others way. Ryan & Lauren were super on it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We had the most wonderful stay at Natasha’s home! The trees surrounding the house are so majestic and the space is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We got great sleep, as the beds were super comfy, and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

Yannick's place was a fantastic place to stay in the Catskills! It's located in an ideal location close to hiking, breweries, restaurants, etc. The house itself is clean and well decorated and they provide pretty much everything you need. My only gripe would be that there is no microwave (however, this is noted in the listing, so it was not a surprise); while I don't mind heating things up the old school way on a stove, there are certain things that just heat better in a microwave. And if a microwave is not provided, at least have some better nonstick pans (they were a bit of a pain bc everything stuck to them). In addition, it was hard to actually get to the stream (I think things were just overgrown and maybe it needs a trim back). But the beds are SO comfortable and overall the property is very serene, especially driving over the little bridge to the house with the stream. I would definitly recommend the place to anyone. We had a delightful time during our annual Memorial Day Catskills trip. Katie's cabin is beautifully decorated. You can tell it's the home of a photographer - every corner is picture perfect. The color scheme and charm of the cabin is gorgeous, and the skylights illuminated the space so nicely in the mornings and throughout the day. Wet weather kept us from spending too much time in the outdoor living spaces, but the indoor space was so lovely, we didn't mind staying in at all. Katie was an accommodating host and checkout was a breeze. Thank you, Katie, and to everyone else - enjoy your stay at one of the most charming places you'll find for your Catskills getaway!

We've stayed at Jenna's home a few times. Each of our visits have beeen wonderful. Her home is pristine, extremely comfortable, and very well thought-out for easy use by guests. The kitchen is very well equipped. Things like thoughtful labels on light switches, quality linens, very comfortable mattresses, nice towels, a complete lack of clutter while still being thoughtfully decorated, always makes us feel very comfortable in this space. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will gladly continue to return!
