Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greene County

Judith's place was exactly as pictured and described -- only BETTER! As a person who came of age in the '60s/'70s, staying at Judith's was like hanging out in the house of your coolest and most interesting friend -- the one who loved books, music, houseplants, and "wild" gardens filled with whatever wanted to grow there. The wall of windows in the main living area made it a light-filled retreat, and the gazebo was a great private place to listen to birds, admire the beautiful trees, read, do yoga and nap. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathroom was clean, and the radio station she was tuned to was great. You can walk anywhere: to meditate at the Dharma Center, to the shops downtown, to Glen Helen and Antioch College -- so park at Judith's kitchen door and have a great time in Yellow Springs.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and fully functional. We were able to gather. and have sone nice family dinners together. The weather was nice so we were able to sit outside and also throw the football around in the large back yard. We felt very at home. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

We were in town for a wedding. This place was exactly how it was described. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The house was clean and everything we needed for a quick weekend was provided.

The Lavender house is in a wonderful location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few blocks from Xenia Avenue where all the restaurants and shops are. We were able to walk all over the village and enjoy it. Jill was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Very clean she had everything you need there and extra. She had extra toilet paper extra garbage bags extra towels she made everything there super easy and comfortable. Her home was very clean and neat. Lots of space and outside was even clean and beautiful! Thank you again we will definitely be back and this is our go to place!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful country house. We were a group of 10, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were super responsive, answering any questions we had quickly. The house itself was charming, with plenty of room for us all to gather and relax, while also giving everyone their own space when needed. We especially loved the large kitchen and dining room, perfect for cooking together, and the stunning outdoor area where we saw deer everyday. It was great for enjoying a morning coffee. It was the perfect place for a peaceful retreat away!

We had a great time! The cottage was exceptionally well organized and the details like hardwood floors, the flowers in the garden, the new fixtures, very well appointed kitchen and the peaceful vibe made us feel very comfortable. Location was perfect—just a couple of blocks walk to Yellow Springs. Kipra was very welcoming in her communications!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Host was very responsive and instruction manual was clear. Would definitely recommend for a stay!

My sister and some friends had a ladies' getaway and Thea's place was perfect. The location can't be beat, with plenty to do within walking distance. The porch is great for sitting out in the evening. If you want to hike, there are several possibilities within a short drive. Thea communicated very clearly and was prompt in responding to any questions. This is our favorite place to stay in Yellow Springs. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. The home was cozy, clean and peaceful. Location was close to many good shops and restaurants. Will definitely return next time we visit Yellow Springs!

My partner and I have been staying at Thea’s place for years now, and we love it. We first went when I was pregnant, and now our baby is almost 2. We keep going back because it feels like a home away from home for us, and it’s very comfortable. We love being able to wake up, put the baby in her stroller, and walk all around the cute little town. The location is fantastic! We’ll be back again soon. :)

The Studio was a perfect stopover on our Ohio to Erie bike excursion! It was a rainy day and Carol let us check in early to avoid the worst of the storm. The breakfast items were fantastic and it was what we needed to fuel our day! We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was another benefit! And it is picturesque and quiet!

We loved staying here for the weekend! Robert always responded fast when we had questions and was very helpful in helping us figure out where everything was. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

This place was the perfect little studio For my daughter and I to stay for her horse show. Took 4 minutes to get to the world equestrian center and only 3 minutes to a gas station and 10 minutes to Kroger or Walmart. Close to everything needed! Had lots of amenities especially a great amount of towels in the bathroom. Cute patio to leave our cooler. Friendly hosts!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. This is always a plus. This was a great place for us to stay for a college graduation weekend.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
