Miller's Rest

Miller’s Rest is a self-contained one bedroom cottage with private parking and 2miles from Orton, 5 miles from Shap. The cottage is peaceful with plenty of space and all modern amenities. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small stream running alongside the garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.

Ideally located in Selside, 4 miles outside of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park for you to enjoy a relaxing break away from busy life, surrounded by nature. This luxury hand crafted pod is exclusively available for your use, including a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, private patio, outdoor seating and firepit/BBQ swing arm.

‘Swaledale’ is one of two pods at Flakebridge Farm. Luxury Glamping Pod situated on a farm located on the border of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales.
