A refurbished wash house, in a separate building across a small court yard, provides guests with additional facilities including utility room, second shower room, equipment drying storage room, secure cycle storage area, quiet room. There is a garden and sun terrace with views across the Leven Estuary. Cottage access via 15 steps from the road.

Our charming cottage is situated in the hamlet of Newland just 2.3 miles from Ulverston, with pubs, restaurants, and local amenities,. The Lakes are only 15 mins away too. The perfect stay for lovers of the great outdoors, cozy evenings in front of the log burner, or summer evenings in the large garden or BBQ area. The cottage is dog friendly too. Stunning woodland walk ways into Ulverston to the rear of the property, and riverside and beach walks nearby with excellent cycle routes close by

Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Beautiful shepherd's hut set in a private, peaceful riverside field, surrounded by fields and woodland. Sleeps 2 in a double bed and is self-contained with fully equipped kitchen (2 gas hobs and grill) and small bathroom with shower and eco loo. A wood burner keeps it very cosy in winter. Lights are powered by a solar panel. Bedding and towels provided, also tea, coffee etc and provisions for breakfast.
