Holiday rentals with beach access in Greenport West

Nice little Bungalow! Perfect for up to 4 people. Very private and clean. The Location was Great. Right across the street from the Beach with a beautiful view. Has a small Firepit. Only a mile or 2 to Downtown. Would definitely go back.

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sam's place exceeded our expectations! The view was marvelous, and the house was beautifully decorated with a wonderful collection of books we truly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the room was super clean. We had a great time during our two-day stay. The small town offered so much to explore, and the nearby seafood market was a delightful surprise. we had fresh lobster at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Sam's place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and cozy apartment! We were in town for a wedding and needed a clean and safe space to make home base. This was perfect. Would absolutely stay again!

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

My family and I felt at home at Kevin’s listing . He was very responsive and respectful . The listing was as described and surpassed our expectations. I accidentally left some thing at the Airbnb and when I reached out to Kevin, he was able to return it back to me via USPS not many host will go above and beyond for me like Kevin did I highly recommend his place and I know that anyone that stays will enjoy and love it.

Loved Kenneth’s house. Perfect for my wife & I to get away and explore the north fork for a weekend. We had a lovely stay at Karine’s cute house! The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, beds were super comfortable, and the big wood-burning fireplace was excellent! We appreciated all the cool artwork around the house, and Karine’s wonderful photography book! We got to enjoy lots of bird life, and we were lucky to have a bit of snow. What a beautiful and peaceful spot. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and lovely big deck and yard!

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

Dave was an amazing host. Incredibly responsive, everything was clearly communicated, and very helpful. The house was perfect for our family--great location near the beach with shops/restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

We had a lovely stay fro our rainy June weekend. Southold is a quaint town with some excellent local places and fine dining as well. Took a trip to shelter island with the car on the ferry. Went to a cool vintage store in Greenport. Bed and space were super comfy & cozy. Book this spot you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again in full summer weather:)

We absolutely loved our little getaway to Greenpoint thanks to Danielle’s place. It was exactly as described, so clean, neat & very well stocked with kitchen essentials. Danielle was really proactive in letting us know of the check in process and we had absolutely no issues with the house. Location was perfect, 5 mins from the Main Street area & walkable distance from the beach. Checking out was just as easy. We had a great time. Thanks again!

The Beach Plumb was lovely! Everything was as advertised. The distance to town and the beach, the spacious layout, and the amenities are among the things that made our stay great

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
