If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Sive is an exceptional host, warm, thoughtful, and truly attentive to every detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. Her apartment was spotless, beautifully prepared, and had all the little touches that made my stay incredibly comfortable. You can tell she takes real pride in creating a welcoming space, and it shows. Sive’s commitment to excellence sets her apart, she’s not just a great host, she’s a wonderful one. I’d wholeheartedly recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run place to stay. Thank you again, Sive!

This might be the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever stayed. I was beyond impressed. I also found this place incredibly well appointed and far superior to the typical good Airbnb. I felt very much at home. I was impressed and would have a hard time staying someplace else on my next visit to Jozi. Kingsley and his partner were very responsive and pleasant and I appreciated this. I also found the staff at the building very friendly. If you are very sensitive to noise, as I am (ptsd from New York City apt living and thin walls) I would give that a little consideration., but the place was so superb in every other capacity that I think it’s too hard to pass up a stay here. I stayed two weeks and have stayed all over the world. Easily a top Airbnb experience for me, all things considered.

I loved staying here. It felt so comfy like a home away from home. I so appreciated all the treats and supplies, the electric blanket, extra towels, even the decor. The host and co-host are super friendly and responsive too. Looks exactly like the pictures, plus the private garden is lush with birds chirping - perfect for an outdoor meditation.

I stayed in this lovely place for 4 weeks and enjoyed to the fullest. Leila and her family are the most beautiful human beings and for me - travelling alone - it felt like home from the very first beginning! The bed is super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is super safe and nice to walk, restaurants and coffee nearby. I worked in Rosebank and loved being nearby. It’s the first time when AirBnB hosts become friends to me and I‘m very thankful for everything they’ve done to make my stay on Joburg so special! Book this place, you won’t get disappointed 🫶

Really enjoyed my stay. Shashi's flat was incredible. Very clean, luxurious, comfortable and safe. There are INCREDIBLE views from the balcony and both bedrooms - the photos do not do it justice. The restaurant and concierge downstairs were very convenient.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Sandton. It was exactly what I needed for my business trip. Comfortable, well-equipped, and in a superb location. The apartment came with everything: quality utensils, cookware, fresh filtered water, clean towels, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the stay stand out was Rebecca and her team. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring comfort throughout. Their hospitality made a real difference in all honesty. The location is a short and convenient walk to Sandton city mall, which has everything you’d need including a Woolworths for groceries. While the area has some typical city energy during the day, it didn’t affect my experience at all, as I was mostly using the apartment in the evenings and mornings. For anyone traveling to Sandton for business or a short-term stay, I can absolutely recommend this place.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Shaun and Hana were amazing hosts, very accommodating and helpful. The house itself is beautifully laid out and has all the amenities you need. This is definitely our new home away from home and we will be back soon.

We had a lovely stay, no complaints. Anita and her husband were very responsive. We had a barbecue and us ladies couldn’t figure out how to turn on the BBQ stand and Anita’s husband arrived within 5mins to help us out! There was a moment of load shedding and he showed up immediately to turn on the solar before we eben called. The responsiveness made it feel so safe. We felt safe during the entirety of our stay at all hours which we appreciate as we were visiting from Australia so we were super worried before arriving. The house was pristine. The kitchen utensils were thoughtfully selected. Using everything felt so comfortable. We felt right at home and so so so hope that this Airbnb will be available next time we’re back because we will definitely book again! Thank you so much Anita and husband

Home away from home is the only way to describe this place. Beautifully decor designed inside and outside. Great location, easy to get to places around Johannesburg. The house is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Patrick is an amazing host. Communication was great, always so attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The highlight for our stay was the braai area. Such a nice hangout place to have as a feature. Looks exactly as described. Definitely booking again in the near future.

Very well equipped property, in a lovely secluded location. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the little treats that Craig had left to help us settle in. Very responsive host, with clear instructions and check in details etc. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We used Pascal's place to host a writing retreat. It was perfect. Lots of space to sit and work both inside and outside. Lots of devices to make coffee (including a nespresso machine) which we really enjoyed. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Note there is only 1 shower in the en-suite the other bathroom has a bath. The pellet and gas heater were perfect to keep warm and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook - just make sure to bring with oil, air fryer liners, spices etc (there was salt and pepper). The house is centrally located - just make sure when you type in the address that it is for upper Houghton. There are several streets named Saint Andrew in Johannesburg.

Kaleesha was an excellent host The property was very secure and the amenities were excellent. The apartment was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Kaleesha was very helpful and I would highly recommend staying in this property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dani’s property. She was highly responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The community felt secure and well-guarded, and the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed.

Lebo's place is exactly what u see, so beatifully decorated and has everything u can need for confortable stay. Lebo was a good host and very responsive. The highlight for me was that swing on the balcony, made my mornings and evenings. Definately recommend it&will surely visit again.

From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.

This is indeed a home away from home.
