Great place for a family trip! Tons of fun arcade games, clean house, lots of space, and a friendly host. We’ll definitely be back!

The cottage is adorable. While we did not need all the sleeping accommodations, the space is very flexible and accommodating. All the accessories we needed were available. The furnishings are comfortable and inviting. We also appreciated the location which provided a secluded feeling but was less than a 5 minute drive back into Kirksville.

I have stayed here a number of times. This BnB is easily accessed, clean, spacious, well supplied and has a large parking lot. The hostess, Kay, has always been very responsive with immediate resolution to any problems or questions.
