Very cozy condo with lots of natural light located in the heart of the city. You will find that having a car won’t be needed and everything is walkable. The condo does come with WiFi, a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed with a 55” 4K smart Tv in the bed room and living room. Like coffee? Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. Paid Parking is $7 a day, Daily Rate (1st hr):FREE Daily Rate (2nd hr): $2.00 max is $7.

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

Double Balconies overlooking Main St

A spacious 2BR/2BA condo in the center of downtown Greenville. Walk outside and you are on Main St. Two large balconies overlooking Washington and Main make this one of the most unique condos in all of downtown. A "people watchers" paradise! The building has an elevator and security guard, Sticky Fingers and Sully’s Bagel shop. A truly great place to stay if you want to experience downtown living. This a perfect place for those remodeling or moving!

Enjoy this peaceful condo that is centrally-located, a block from Main Street with fabulous restaurants and shopping, 1 block to Peace Center, 2 blocks from the picturesque River Walk, Falls, and Swamp Rabbit Trail. that has 31 miles of paved trails, rated one of the best trails with many parks and memorials. Livability ranked Greenville as one of the Top 10 Best Downtowns in the country. Sorry no pets allowed because we had complaints from other owners.
