Great stay overall! The place was very quiet and relaxing. The rooftop pool area was a highlight — beautiful space with incredible views. One small downside: The underground parking spot is located between two other spaces, each bordered by structural supports. This can make it a bit tight to get in and out, as neighboring vehicles tend to park closer to the center to avoid the supports.

The front side is the Tuggeranong shoping mall with lots of food outlets to choose from, the back side is the peacefull lake Tuggeranong The place is clean and tidy, the host Norm and Parthcy are just soo helpful and very responsive Definitely will coming back again next time we at Canberra

If you are travelling for personal and business this is the great hotel to book in just across the southpoint mall, has parking outside or indoor parking and bus station is next to the mall. The hotel feels and looks clean, you can stay here to recharge and have peace of mind and it is secured as well.

Very spacious unit with all the services one needs to stay for the week that we had. The building looks a little worn, and the reception for the building was undergoing a renovation, so was understandably quite messy, which resulting tracking mess up the floor we were on. Proximity to shops, various restaurants, all essential services was excellent Communication with our host has been excellent. Graham
