Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. Would highly recommend Ferns place to any family looking for a place to stay in Chelsea/London Fern, thank-you for making the process so easy, you are a super host. Regards Jenny and family.

What a gorgeous house for a group weekend away! We had about 10 of us in this space for a weekend in London and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Debbie was a superb host and with recent hot weather in London managed to get an AC installed before our stay! This was a game changer in the kitchen for a big group like ours, and the upstairs AC kept it nice and cool on the top floor with the heat wave. Debbie is so friendly and lovely and does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We ( a family with 4 people) have enjoyed this accommodation. The house is spacious and clean and everything you need is present. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance of the metro so a great base to explore London. Naomi is a pleasant host, communication was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

Mike’s townhouse in Primrose Hill was a fantastic home away from home. There are plenty of lovely shops and nice restaurants within walking distance and Camden Market was fun area to explore. The house is bright and very stylish and we loved it absolutely and will definitely come back. Thank you for hosting us

Wow, what a lovely central spacious flat. I’m so happy I booked to stay at Marco’s. Definitely book it if it’s available. Pros: spacious, great location, comfy, tons of natural light. Cons: none.

We’ve spent a lot of time in Airbnbs in London and this was by far the quietest and most peaceful place we’ve ever stayed at. It’s on a private and secluded mews with views into the leafy backyards of houses on the adjoining street. The place was on the smaller side, but wonderfully appointed so it didn’t feel too small. The location was a perfect launchpad to north London, we enjoyed many local parks and walks along regents canal. Yaseen was as an incredibly kind and responsive host. We would definitely return again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Good place to stay

A beautiful home and garden oasis, spacious and comfortable. Very close to transport, very easy to get everywhere. Plenty to explore in walking distance too. Would highly recommend

We had a great time at Romain's place. It was like being at home. Communication with Romain was very easy, he was quick to respond. The area where the house is located is very quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is well connected to central London by bus or train/tube. We opted for the bus, there are several, it is cheaper and the children up to 15 years do not pay. Also see the city while you travel.

This is a very happily situated flat if you want to stay in London and have the luxury of walking to almost anything. It was comfortable and well-equipped. We were sorry to leave.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

Thank you Sabreena for a wonderful stay. You were very communicative and helpful and it is a beautiful house. We particularly enjoyed having a morning brew in the garden. It was well stocked with things in the pantry (e.g. varieties of tea and a coffee machine), nice towels and bedding, and other useful things like shampoos and and an iron. A really brilliant AirBnB and we would have loved to stay longer.

This is a very cute garden flat in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops very close by. There is also an Underground stop five minutes away. As shown in the photos, both the master bedroom and second bedroom face out onto a garden courtyard - the second bedroom has a bunkbed in it. There is a set of steps to go down to enter and leave the garden apartment. Guest should be aware that the tube (Underground) does travel under the flat, so one can hear and sometimes feel the subway movement. The Underground transportation does stop later at night, so it is not an issue for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. Sean’s place was exactly as described! The place was pristine, clean and very well equipped. Sean was an amazing and very communicative host. This was especially given how I had to receive an emergency parcel and he was extremely accommodating. The location is a tad bit far for central london but very accessible with bus stations being a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay while in london.
