Walk one flight up to the parlor apartment, which looks out on Jones Street. Soaring 12-foot ceilings create a spacious feeling; decor is shabby vintage and homey. Simple kitchen and bathroom but with everything you need to live like a New Yorker. Tall windows look out onto Jones Street.
